    It says on the slip, go get your parcel next business day. Went 3 days in a row still not there? Was home and did not even ring the bell? post box is right in front? Not rural anymore and whos suppose to edit? Why is the large european lady from the phamarcy so rude? Also, on google it says post shop is open 9am-12 on sat it is not should be edited.

    This place opens at 9am even though Google says 8:30 . So i asked them about updating the times so people aren't inconvenienced, the reply was, that's not my job. Awesome customer service

    After waiting awhile for the Indian lady to serve me..Not impressed at all.. She saw me standing there but continued to ignore me..Very smug rude Indian lady who was obviously on a power trip..she had great pleasure being unhelpful..will never go back there again and highly recommend no one else goes there..

    Owner is just not impressed. I've tried on several occasions to engage him in comical banter. I don't even look him in the eye anymore just a depressing man.

    The old lady named kels is super rude. The way she talks to customers is really bad, appalling customer service. Nz post needs to do something about her. This isn't my first experience either.

    Today was spoken to very rudely by older postal lady basically accusing me of not paying for my postal bag..if she wasn't sitting on the stool chatting she would have seen me walk straight into the shop and straight to the counter..the pharmacy person did..I'm sure if I didn't walk in with it already packaged she would have seen me taking a bag from the wall then sit down to address it then pop in product then take it to the counter that would have taken a couple of minutes..shop wasn't even busy in fact only me and one other customer..not nice being accused of not paying for something..so rude..she needs to learn to have better customer service..she's been there for awhile she should know better. Horrible lady.
