Went in for a vaccination, didn’t even get to mentioning my needle anxiety, Micah brought the needle in discreetly palmed and it was over and done with before I realised it had even happened! Highly recommend.
The lady with big black eyeliner is very arrogant. Worst experience in NZ. I’m sorry but I don’t know who Micah is, the manager or not? It’s better for all staff to learn the policy, the test kits are free for everyone in NZ, no matter citizens or traveller. If you wanna make money, that’s not the way. No matter your staff is Chinese or Japanese, don’t try to sell the free test kits to people, that’s the point. Never come back for sure. Cheers
Terrible terrible service from that one lady that wears an eye liner around her eyes all the time. No social skills whatsoever. She also laughed at our miscarriage. Shame on you.
Rang them to see if I could get proof of COVID-19 vaccination records and they emailed them to me while over the phone. Efficient and I was relieved I did not have to wait three days for some automated robot to get back to me on some list. Thank you kind humans.
A very nice pharmacy, they were not discriminatory to my vaccine status. I believe that the unvax community is the most oppressed race and we don't need more opressive behavior. I especially like the staff member called Michael he went the Xtra way.
I have booked my vaccine about two months ago and when I arrived they have told me to wait 20 minutes. I think they used the vaccines for walk-in people without considering the booked ones. I believe this not should be they way and they should respect the peoples time as there is a reason people book.
The girl with orange coloured hair - you seriously need to learn some customer service skills, at least the basics ie. Acknowledging waiting customers. Understand you were getting mail sorted but seriously a 5-10min wait and you couldn't once say anything.
The prices here are pathetic! You need to re-evaluate your margin/ mark up you put on your products, there are more affordable pharmacists here in Christchurch, and this not one of them. Countdown next door is cheaper on some products they have, although it is a muck around it is worth it if you compare between countdown and this pharmacy. The service is never the greatest every time i visit to which i visit often as it is across from Ara. The asian lady needs to improve her customer service, a smile would further help. There is a young man that has served me with postage he had amazing service and was very helpful. Other than that the service and prices here are SHIT every time i visit, to which i no longer visit them anymore, I go to South city pharmacy, they are more welcoming and inviting
