I came here because Iβm studying abroad for one year and donβt have a GP. I visited on Friday around 3pm, and the whole processβfrom reception to seeing the doctorβtook about an hour. I was a bit worried because my English isnβt very good, but all the staff were very understanding and I had no trouble receiving the care I needed. Thank you very much for the great service.

Came via an uber at 5pm on a Saturday as it said it was open, clinic was closed so a waste of money making the trip there and back. Very inconvenient!

I came here today as it was showing open online and it was the nearest to my place. I was quite unwell and thought this seems like a good option for me. I went there by cab only to find this notice. They could have just shown as closed online and saved me a trip. That was a bad experience as I was quite unwell and severely dehydrated.

Receptionist was very rude towards us. We turned up and there was a sign about them being closed due to staff shortages. We saw patients in there so went to triple check it was closed. She didnβt even look up at us. Treated us as if we were the biggest inconvenience, zero acknowledgement and a rude tone. Told us they were closed but her tone and the lack of acknowledgement appalled me for a receptionist who Iβd imagine is meant to be a decent βpeople personβ especially in scenarios where it can be stressful for patients. Would recommend calling up before driving all the way here, especially if you live further away.

We came to the clinic at 7:15 pm for a follow-up check. The receptionist told us that next time we should not come after 7 pm, even though your website clearly states closing time is 8 pm. We were then handed over to the nurse, who spoke to us in a rude and dismissive manner, saying that if we arrive after 7 pm, we will be charged $25, but if we come earlier itβs free. This is something we should have been told during our first visit, not sprung on us later. The receptionistβs behaviour was shockingly rude and unprofessional, and the nurseβs attitude was no better. It is completely unacceptable for patients to be treated this way. The only saving grace is that the doctors here are excellent, but your front-line staff are damaging the clinicβs reputation.

Went into this urgent care over this past weekend. The nurse was incredibly helpful and prompt. Had to wait some time to see the doc. However Doctor Sanjay deserves 5+ stars. A very detailed and thorough doctor who didn't rush my issues and took the time to investigate. I was severely sick with several different symptoms yet he had incredible insight, patience and expertise. So great to be around a doctor who does their work so diligently and with dedication.

Overly expensive and doctor told me to not check your body temperature because they dont care if you reach 37,38,39,40+ body temperature which everyone knows it is not normal. so disappointed and paid $155 for it

There's nothing wrong with the standard of medical care, but the pricing is extortionate. Six months ago I went in for a regular injection prescribed by my GP, which is administered by the nurse. It was straightforward, took 15 minutes and cost $35. Three months later the same injection needed to be referred to the OneHealth doctor, took 45 minutes and cost $130. I go in last week for the exact same injection, and once again the OneHealth doctor needed to be involved but this time the bill was $180 - so that's nearly a 40% increase in only three months. And there was no need for the OneHealth doctor to see me at all - he didn't ask a single clinical question, didn't want to look at the medical records I had with me, made no effort to make sure the medication was correct or anything similar. It seems his only role was to pump up the bill. So there's nothing wrong with the standard of care, but be prepared to have your wallet vacuumed empty.

Do not go to this medical center my partner and i got completely ripped off she's not a regular patient she went in to see the doctor the they charged her $120 for a 10 minute visit and refused to deal with the seconds issue she had because it was not urgent apparently and told her to go see her gp as they were only urgent care facility??!! In what world is that acceptable? After over charging her the charge was meant to be $80 not $120 I've never felt ripped off by a medical centre before. First and last time for us.
