Poor service. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I'm thankful the people managed to track me down. This is not the first incident I have had with NZ post.
If I could give zero stars I would. Go to the other stores where postal services are available. I have added them at the end of this review. One of the male workers in there is rude and not helpful. I have no idea why you are in this business if you hate customers. The only reason you have a store and make money is because of them. Seems this is not a one off when 95% of your reviews are negative over the course of 3 years. —Other stores you can try instead are Mahora Pharmacy, Stortford Lodge Pharmacy or the Four Square. Or search stores under NZ post website—
Don’t go here if you are retuning something to sender. They don’t have a printer they can print labels off and won’t let you use cellotape to stick anything down to your parcel. Instead you have to buy their overpriced tape that costs more than shipping. They are also sticklers to weight rules and round up not down. Go elsewhere.
Some staff are extremely rude, not helpful at all more often then not you feel rushed, looked over or down upon. This is not the first time I have encountered this. Unfortunately I believe the staff need retraining on proper customer service and I see this has been an ongoing issue so maybe it's time for a complete staff overhaul and find people who know what customer service is. Extremely disappointing.
Love looking around a useful shop for gifts
Super bad service! I came 10 mins before the shop closing. The old man staff keep telling me it’s closing, you have 5 mins left, you have to go now when I was writing my consignment note. very impolite! And he didn’t let me to rewrite again and ask me to come back on Monday! Make me feel so stressful!!
Always enjoy coming into this shop. Always friendly and the service is consistently professional.
Went to Paperplus Hastings today, to send an international courier. Male shop assistant at the cashier looked grumpy and annoyed. No courtesy, he seemed to be disturbed by our presence in the shop. I dont know if he was having a bad day or he is like that every day.
