   Terrible service! The staff appear to have little English and have no idea what they are doing ,I was charged $20 extra for shipping as the woman somehow managed to weigh my box incorrectly ,coming in at twice the weight it actually was and I didn’t notice until the next day when I looked at my receipt .When I called and asked for answers I was told sometimes the scales are wrong ,wtaf!

   Rarely opens the advertised days/times. Regularly has no stock of basic post items (stamps, parcel bags). Customer service is non-existent.

   I used to enjoy coming in & the staff were well trained. Recently went to collect my parcel, with the tracking showing it had been delivered to site. Neither of the staff could find it. I kept showing the info & they said it was a problem with the courier. Lodged a query with the courier & was provided with a photo of it being received on site. Went back again & the same two staff had the same challenges - not knowing where it might be. I said “look at the photo of your bench, it’s clearly here”. And sure enough it was sitting on the shelf in plain sight. A waste of my time and travel, plus being two weeks without the item. I’ll switch to Halswell now.

   Probably one of the most poorly-managed post-shops in the country, unfortunately. I've tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but the good will has simply run out. Between being constantly short of NZ Post Bags (probably the most-used NZ Post service) and economy/courier post stickers, no pens at the parcel/forms counter, the shop being closed without notice during regular hours, and practically a new issue every time I'm in there, I recommend going elsewhere unless you really can't. A lot of people complain about the staff under the new owners (post Hiran and his wife), but I honestly think most of them do their best- the issue is with their training, and with the behind-the-scenes organisation, which is constantly sub-par.

   terrible service. they lose parcels on the daily. i strongly suggest avoiding if at all possible and going to halswell. the guy who runs this should have his licence revoked by NZ Post and the staff have clearly been given no proper training.

   I grew up in the Lincoln region, and this post office has been here for decades, back when the town was small. It wouldn't feel like Lincoln anymore if the moved it. The Indian guy is so friendly and welcoming. The Indian lady is a bit sarcastic and rude, but the guy makes up for it by brightening everyone's day.

   Refreshing to have a very efficient and courteous post office in our midst. Always extremely polite and helpful even when very busy. Their knowledge of rules and regulations are an added bonus when dealing with mail both in NZ and over seas. I cannot emphasize enough their ability to provide quality customer service in all aspects of this business. We are fortunate to have this wonderful service in our community. Thank you so much.

   I live in Lincoln and come to this post office regularly to post things within NZ and overseas. Both staff members have always been extremely polite and so helpful - especially when asking for quotes for packages. Their customer service is very good and it makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

   Intended to buy post bags only coz i am not time urgent with my items but was given the misleading information saying that i have to get Courier+ Signature for my items for 3 bags, spent $15 more, which i wasn't intended at the first place. Talked to my friend in the car and he told me i dont need Signature service at all. I Went back to the counter immediately, was told they wouldn't do a swap or give a refund even if i haven't used those 3 bags. Just not very good service at all.

   I visit a lot of different post shops selling my art and sending, and this is definitely one of the best. The service is unbeatable, lovely staff. They are meticulous, conscientious and know the ins and outs and I feel confident my products are arriving safely. Good work guys.
