Dreadful hours. They are situated within a pharmacy but have different shorter hours. Not even open on Saturday mornings. Shocking, especially with Christmas approaching.
I’m impressed. Considering the busy Christmas parcels and the steady stream of business as usual customers, three words come to mind: Smart, Efficient and Professional. I could not fault the service. Straight to the point, asked all the questions politely and offered the pricing options. I was all done with a box to the South Island within 2 mins. The lady serving knew exactly what she was doing. Top marks!
I'm not sure that it is Greerton loosing the packages, coz they've helped me with issuez i'v had w international postage and they kept all the necessary dkcumentatkon and had very good email communication during the whole process. BUT i lost 2 items that were sent via another post shop. So NZ post do loose things, but i haven't lost any of the many packages I've send from Greerton
2 parcels lost in 2 years, have only sent 4 so a 50% loss of package rate so far, avoid if you can
Not happy and very disappointed. They had lost my postage. Will never go there ever again after I read reviews that they also lost their postage too!!! Don't recommend go there! NZ post so horrible I emailed to nz post for multiple times they been ingore me USELESS
Drivers seemed to be illiterate. Can't read road signs/ or house numbers so your lucky if you manage to get your parcel. And if by chance they get the right house, it won't be were you've asked them to leave it... Its like an annoying game of hide and seek.

Helpful staff with a smile, temperture inside was pleasant .
Watch them with parcels make sure they scan in front of you or might happen too you what happened too me wasnt scanned so parcel doesn't exsist ,lazy lady said too busy and sheepishly took parcel outback never too bee seen again because wasnt scanned no proof very poor service went back there lady refused too look for it just heres a phone number very lazy staff who look like they dont wont too be there
