   Avoid this place, service terrible , woman behind counter very unhelpful, and I was not the only one she was rude to, as had to stand in queue and witness her been rude to someone else. Ended up walking out, my advice go elsewhere where you get good service.

   Went to Manurewa post shop to send three parcels to United Kingdom. The shop operator charge me for sending parcels within NZ. I went back to them to get a refund on the courier for NZ and they can’t refund me because the person who served me that day wasn’t there today and the lady said that neither she or he at the counters knew how to do refunds which is appalling, considering it should’ve been taught in training. I asked to talk to a manager and this person wasn’t on site either. Today is the only day I could get this issue sorted out I am back at work tomorrow. What is going on in this shop. I am not impressed at all, never coming back again.

   They overcharge on everything at manurewa in a sneaky way. I asked for a fragile sticker and the lady said we don't put it we only sell it for 50c extra. She charged me medium price for a bag i usually get charged for small at Clendon post office. So rude and unprofessional

   Manager or Indian male owner is rude and not willing to help or investigate matters I don't think I will sign up to their box services in future! I have had issues here and there lately they had a break in and packages stolen they don't want to admit too it? and just ask me "do you have a tracking number" hmm if only I knew you guys can be careless in your security of customer items I would have got it tracked!?

   Very disappointed! I had to urgently send a parcel as I am leaving New Zealand and the post office is closed during a day. Can you please update your working hours as you waste others time.
