   Shop hours are till 5pm went in at 4:50pm and all the tills were closed and lights off and they wouldn’t serve me.

   Post shops like this give NZ post a bad name. Lazy staff. Zero customer service. Shouting from behind the counter. Had to go to a different post shop and they themselves say that staff in this shop are lazy.

   The Indian lady owner has such a rude attitude. OMG she doesn't have any customer service knowledge. Owning a shop doesn't mean you have to be rude. Her talking tone is so rude and she thinks she is always right. Definitely a zero star and definitely not recommended. She was trying to teach me how to use a eftpos card and when I said I know how to use it lol she started shouting at me and was super rude. While I was filling my form she was complaining to the security about the shop next door to put their music volume down. She should go back to her own country. Maybe she is not wanted in her own country that's why she is here trying to show her attitude. Mahn I wonder if any of her family or friends likes her. I will definitely lodge a complain about her. She has no right to show her rude attitude. Please don't delete my review. I have read so many bad reviews about her yet no improvement. Definitely there is a attitude problem with her. Please improve.

   Excellent Post Shop with KiwiBank. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, but note que's can be long at times.

   Deserves no star. The lady who is the owner I think has no customer service. Not sure why she’s serving customers with that kind of attitude esp no smile etc.. not a great example for her staff members. Also I missed to attach my print out ticket for my parcel and I asked her if she had tape and she said with an attitude yes but I have to charge you $1. Omg $1 for her to just tape the ticket to the parcel? - not that I cared about the $1 but the way she said it was just so rude. Even the lady in the queue said “yeah she’s rude”.
