Worst postal service centre ever don’t send your stuff here they will just refuse it. NZ post is probably to dumbest postal service I have ever used
Nz Post really sucks. if i could give it a 0 i would. they sent it to the wrong address when it literally has my name and address on it. like use your common sense. i spent my money on it and i need it now.
There's an older man who was working for the owners for a bit while they were on holiday, he had made a unsettling comment to my younger sister (age 16) she hasn't wanted to go back since. Shocking behavior. Before coming to nz learn how to be respectful in all aspects especially if your working in customer service.
Would give 0 if I could. Chose a courier bag and then was told they don't have the right stickers for it and to choose another bag. Then once I had upsized and put it on the counter the older man made some sort of mocking gesture with his tounge... tried to upsell me with the fast post and when declined and said normal is fine I got another look followed by talking in their own language laughing as I waited to pay. To top it all off and I won't out it lightly stearing at my chest while I was waiting for him to hand my tracker number. Horrible experience, wish I had of read the reviews before I came in. My parcel better make it, and I won't be back.
Kia Ora! I had worst service ever with this place. The owner was really unprofessional and aggressively rude. I have been waiting for my parcel and contacted nz post they asked me that collect it from takanini post. I went the in the morning to collect my parcel and I told my name on the parcel. He rudely replied to me that he don’t have the parcel on that name and started serving next costumer instead asking for other details. I waited there for a while to finish others and asked him if he can look at from costumer number or tracking number. He yelled at me and said, “ don’t ask me stupid questions, I told you I don’t have your parcel go now, not my responsibility and contact nz post”. After when au said don’t talk to me like that, he aggressively came on me and I just left. It ruined my day.
Please don't go to this post office. They are unprofessional, and don't accept parcels when every other NZ post shop accepts them. Also staff was unfriendly..
It’s horrible if I order something local in nz yet it will still forget my order horrible service I receive a letter saying they forgot my order like how can you be so careless
Very rude guy behind the counter.
The lady behind the counter at this place is very rude. I have been here twice and both times she was rude and dismissive. I asked a few questions about some postage options and she was short with me and didn't explain clearly. So I asked again and she ignored me completely and served someone else instead. So I left and went to the post shop in Drury instead where the staff there are super friendly. I think NZ post should re-evaluate this place. Extremely bad customer service on both occasions I went there. Never going back
