   I had a bit of an unpleasant experience at the Blockhouse Bay Post Shop. The staff member at the counter didn’t seem to understand my concern, and instead of responding with empathy, her attitude came across as dismissive. I’ve noticed this a few times during my visits, and it does make the experience quite uncomfortable. I really hope the service can improve — a little kindness goes a long way.

   Worst customer service ever. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. Naha is extremely rude and has no manners at all. Management should replace her immediately.

   Spend more than $70 for a few piece of paper documents less than 200g. They told me it can arrive in 2-4 days and the other one can arrive in 7~8 days would cost $30. It been 9 days now, and my document is still at clearance! Turn out that the price difference is only because they are from different delivery company and they actually took the same flight. They just don't tell you the truth and try to make you spend more!

   Staff at the post shop and those representing Western Union are completely unreasonable. Would recommend that new staff be employed immediately. They would not release money that was sent to my grandmother for Mother’s Day as her middle name was not on the deposit and accused her (a nearly 90 year old woman that has lived in BHB for over 60year) of money laundering a measly $200 - what a joke!

   Staff has no clue about the options. Got overcharged for a simple service. Better to drive to New Lynn next time.

   Had no issues previously but was told off that there is a limit on how many times you can redirect a parcel to their shop. Called Courier Post customer service and was assured there is no limit on how many times you can redirect it. Overall Poor customer service and no help solving the issue.
