Terrible service from Kumeū branch as have been waiting the whole week for a parcel to be picked up and it still hasn’t been picked up . You need to give your courier driver a stern talking too. Even head office have tried several times to phone him to go and pick up this but he won’t answer their phone calls and won’t reply to their text messages sent either. All I want is my parcel. This is not good enough. Don’t even deserve one star.
The lady that was helping me with postage this morning was absolutely amazing she helped me with my packaging issues I was having. Great customer service from her!
I went to their NZ Post, asked the lady how much it cost to send a parcel to Whangaparāoa, she said $25.00, I said that’s not possible I sent it already 5 or 6 times to the same address and it was always around the $7.00 and she said that’s not possible, there’s only one way to get it there and that cost $25.00. So I took it to another NZ Post in Rosedale and there it cost me $7.80 and they looked for me how it is possible that she want to charge me $25.00 they really couldn’t find an amount of $25.00 in the system. Very strange!
I been there for a pick up on Saturday, they told it Easter weekend and they are closed. I believe all other nz post was working on that Saturday except kumeu. It seems the person at counter doesn't want to work and he really need some training to show some courtesy to customers. Bad experience and shame for nz post.

The lady at the counter, named Lesina, black long and unbrushed hair, is an absolute cow. What a nightmare dealing with her and I only came to pick up a parcel. Arroganr service, ignores you at first, gives rude remarks and treats you like as if you’ve stolen her candy. If I could give this place a zero star I would.
Never come across such a sour unhelpful person behind the counter Would suggest she retires
Hate using this location for any postal items / courier . one certain person behind the post desk is a nightmare to deal with and should not be in in front of the retail public. The others that sort mail , do the post boxes etc... are fantastic , so pity that one person ruins it
