   Paper Plus Post Shop Bethlehem advertised $20 postage to Australia if posted by 9 Dec. for 10kg including a picture of a Christmas postage box. My wrapped gifts weighed 8.4 kg. Customer service man with zero help said my parcel including box was over weight @ 10.1kg and charged me $33 including the cost of box. What sort of promotion was that. Won’t be going there again ever.

   Badest Customer Service I've every experienced. "Older Lady with Blond Brown Hairs" I never experienced something like that. Rather than offering me any help or direction she was rude and nasty. I would like to see her fired as she is terrible at her job and an unpleasant person in general. And if this wasn't enough she talked stupid behind my back (and she knew I'm still there). Usually the other women from Paper Plus (brown Hairs, a bit younger, Twin Mum) was always friendly to me and my Girls but she also started getting rude. I'm not sure what this kind of customer service will bring you for the future (look at all the other bad reviews) but I know the only thing is this Lady needs to be gone, otherwise you loose more and more loyal customers like me and the other ones before me.

   Extremely rude dark haired, tan skinned lady on the counter. If you have nasty comments to make you about your customers you should make them when the customer is not in earshot. It is not my fault your printer is out of service, I merely asked what other options I had to process the transaction I need to today. Have been in the store previously when a man abused her for her bad service, I now see why. You've lost a significant and loyal customer. Absolutely appalling experience.

   I will not be going back to this store even though it is my local. I experienced terrible customer service by an older woman with blonde brown hair. Instead of helping me she stared at me blankly and passive aggressively told me I had to buy my own tape and that they "weren't there to do everything for me." Every other time I had been there with other workers they had been friendly and helpful and taped my package for me. Rather than offering me any help or direction she was rude and nasty. I would like to see her fired as she is terrible at her job and an unpleasant person in general.

   Bad customer service happened twice. 1. Less patient when people ask questions. "If people ask questions, I will have no time." That is from one of the male post officer. " 2. Another post officer refused give me the EMS form poucher, when I received email from NZ post said I can get one. Answer from that lady was " I don't know."... "Buy another shipping pouch." ... My advice is get really well prepared if you have to go this post office, show the evidence you want they to provide the service, but they may say I DON'T KNOW. Otherwise, choose another NZ POST OFFICE. PS. Surprise, I am not the first give them 1 star.

   Like the other 1 star reviews it comes down to the poor customer service from the “blonde brown haired older lady”- who will tell you no and then stare at you from behind the counter instead of providing any sort of helpful assistance. If you are having a great day and want to be brought down a peg, visit her at the Bethlehem Post Shop. All the other staff are friendly and helpful, but I’ll probably call ahead from now on to make sure I visit during her lunch break.
