Didnβt have any international stamps. They suggested I come back the following day which I did and they still didnβt have any. Their solution was for me to buy the $4.70 stamps when I only required $2.90 stamps. With the number I required that would have been an extra $21.60.

Came to send a parcel but it was closed at 4:30. On the website of both NZ post and google, it says 5 pm. At least mention it so others are aware and donβt have to waste their time.

Had a parcel that was being sent to me from this store. Over a week ago. It was meant for a overnight courier but didn't make it out of the store. Can't get hold of the people that work there to figure out what happend all I know is it has been allocated a track and trace number but has only been collected from the person sending it. Nothing else. No updates. So probably hasn't even left the store yet. How would I make contact to find my package! Its urgent things that I needed. Thanks

I went to the post shop at point chevalier yesterday and was served by the rudest woman. I had to fill out a customs form twice (my fault as I didnβt do it in capitals) however I made a mistake with the weight of the parcel. She said βyouβve done this wrongβ¦ againβ and then rolled her eyes. Absolutely horrible customer service and not at all helpful. Wonβt be going back

This is the most Rip off experience you could ever get from NZ POST - Point Chev ! Wish i had recorded it ! I asked the cheapest way to send clothes to Queenstown they gave me a box option then a big bag to put the clothes in ( $7.50) for the bag then $79.00 when they weighted it !!! I said after i had paid ! Those bags behind you at $9 each ????? could i have just used them !!!!!!!!!! YES !!!!!! The stuff would have fit in 2 maybe 3 bags so total $ 30.00 DOLLARS ! When I complained ( should i say questioned there ADVICE ) FULL ON AGGRESSION - I MEAN FULL ON - and i did not even mention the words can i swap or be refuned !!!!! I only said i wish you had givern me that option ! The Manager was in my face - And there is no button for 0 stars - And please do not post on this your cut and paste please report this to ! I have already done that.

What a terrible experience. The man who works there is just so rude. Just kept repeating 'You can't' when I wanted to send a voucher via the courier (which I have done before from this very post office) Just needlessly unfriendly. I will drive somewhere else in future.

This is the worst experience Iβve ever had with a post office. As we entered the post office and gave in our post the lady was in a rush and dropped our post. When we asked if the man could check if they accidentally dropped them he stated to get really mad. After we asked again they were sitting under the desk . This is a very bad post office I donβt recommend anyone going here instead there is another post office not to far in Unitec and Mt Albert. They are not friendly and very clumsy and can get very angry. We can not tolerate this type of behaviour in our community. Not a good experience I would give this store a 0 star but you canβt I hope they can change there attitude towards there costumers.

I took a parcel here to post to USA. The very helpful man explained the options and cost and that I had completed the wrong form and the cost would be approximately $70. Fair enough. I went away and returned with a completed green Customs declaration. Sadly, the gentleman who had served me earlier was not there. An officious woman told me the parcel would be $200 to send! I protested. Luckily the man returned and put her right. Having failed in her attempt to rip me off, she then said the Customs form had to be printed. It was. She then proceeded to re-write the form, copying all the information on to a new form. Strange that she could read it perfectly and didn't have to ask me a thing, so it couldn't have been that hard to read. Also strange that earlier in the week I had posted five parcels overseas there with completed green Customs declaration form - printed by the same person, the same writing and probably with the same pen! Never going back.
