VFS global have been useless in trying to help me find my passport or tracking my application it's been well over their "time" to send it back and aren't providing any numbers so that I can get in contact with them and find my passport.
One of the worst service at a very expensive price. I have visited this place to submit biometrics for Australian tranzit visa on 23/03/2023 and below is my experience. 1. When I make the appointment it specifically mentioned that it's free of charge. Then when I went in they charged me $132 just for 5 mins of work. 2. I had to wait close to one hour pass my appointment time and many others were waiting in that sama area with frustration way past their appointment times. 3.After submitting the biometrics they told me I will receive an email, but I haven't received any even after one day. To make matters worst when I try to contact them there is no telephone number for Australian visa requirements at all. I called their number in the website and there are all the countries except for Australia.Then I picked a random country and connected to a operator to ask about this situation but she said she can't help me at all and call the Australian immigration. So when I call the Australian immigration, to no surprise they advised me to contact vfs global for an update. This is not the service to expect from a org like this. I see many negative reviews stating the same complain as me but doesn't seem like they care about the customers at all. Being the only biometrics place in Wellington it seems like they exploit their customers to the full extent while making a boatload of money.

Service was fine, nothing to complain. The chaps there were quite decent as well. They get the job done. The rating is primarily for their ridiculous fees. This place is expensive af for the service. Besides their website is very cheeky with showing fees. The actual appointment states that you need to pay zero fees and only if you dig deep will you find any mention of fees. VFS being the only AU Biometrics collection centre, they have a monopoly which allows them to charge exorbitant fees. Besides, as it’s mostly non-NZ citizens who apply, this has gone unchecked. VFS tbh the fees you collect is exorbitant. It costed me more than the visa application and this shouldn’t be going on like this.
I would like appreciate the help offered by Sella and Vincent at wellington Biomatrix collection center. We were at center a bit earlier than expected and were disappointed but Sella and Vincent helped us out of the way. I went for a biometric ( transit Visa for Australia). As per online biometrics is free, but they charged me 136NZD. Even though the services are fairly okay, I didn't even receive a receipt from them.
Horrible service. Extremally lazy people working here. We got our visa approved so nothing to do with that but they give long-winded explanation of thing we don't give a rat-a$$ about! Just answer the question we are asking. If you "don't" know.. say...I don't know. This was the VFS Auckland - 7th Floor, Albert St office on Auckland, New Zealand. Today at 12:30pm to 1:15pm. I told them 5 times...Not 1, Not 2, Not 3, Not 4....BUT 5 times yes 5 times, I will come back at 2:30pm....just give me back my passport....but they kept holding on to it and wasting my time....giving me long-long-loooooong lectures on them trying to help me but I came at the wrong time. They must really love the sound of their own voice. Really mentally sick people!
