I've got a package split into two boxes and have received the second box, but after waiting for what seemed to be far too long I contacted NZ Post. The email came back telling me they don't even know if the package they've already delivered has been picked up. Then I tell them that I already have 1 of the 2 boxes to which I am told that I can only enquire about my original package and not another one in the same ticket? The most dismissive support I have ever dealt with and absolutely show no sign that they actually want to help. It's currently level 4 in Auckland so I didn't contact them until 3 weeks after the due date! Terrible experience as always.”
