   The old man in there has THE worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been in there multiple times & seen how he speaks & treats people & have been utterly disgusted by what I’ve witnessed. Unfortunately I personally experienced his ‘so called’ customer service today, needless to say, I won’t be going back to that post shop even if I have to go out of my way to post, something, shocking! Sort it out NZ Post, might be time for old mate to retire & no, I won’t be filling out any form online to discuss this further, I’ve already wasted enough of my time on this

   Had a card to call last week that was left with another parcel at the same time - and we were home! Saw him come up the drive and went to open the door but he was already gone, and left the card to call without even knocking! Parcel was a non-signature item that's taken a week to travel across town. Had to wait till after the long weekend for tracking to update and it never did. Called the call centre, and apparently this location can't do redeliveries because it doesn't have a printer to print the labels for it, so the card to call tracking never got updated, and I have no choice but to go pick it up. Absolutely useless. Cost twice as much as other post services for half the job. I never write negative reviews but I'm so done with NZ post.

   Parcel not delivered to a business address. Address was correct with Business name clearly on label so why am I having to go pick it up?! The woman at collection depot had no explanation for it not being delivered and was snarky and condescending. Absolutely useless.

   I received an 'Out for delivery' notice. Waited and waited - several enquiries to NZPO throughout the next week came back "courier could not find address" !! Don't they have GPS? Eventually HO sent a map to Tauranga branch showing my address! Incompetance and lack of initiative by the courier! *The link PO has given me to fill in form - is a '404' page! No page found ! Hopeless :(

   Helpful staff, very efficient in getting my mail redirected! People might be a bit confused where it's actually located-- it's behind the bottle-o! Walk down either 6th or 7th Avenue and head to the car park and it'll be right there.

   Totally Rubbish Serviced .They left missing card at my house and I took break from my job to collect the parcel. But the missing card was for different house , the courier driver did mistake and left at my house. Because of NZ post I wasted my time. What a Courier Driver and their Services.!!!!

   Had a card to call left so organised for it to be redelivered when it never arrived I called nz post who told me that this particular depot won't be able to redeliver and I'd have to go pick up my parcel. When I arrived at the depot the man at the counter was incredibly rude said it had already gone out and that I hadn't talked on the phone to them and that what i had been told wasnt the case. I had driven from pyes pa with four kids in tow, clearly major communication issues between depots and nz post. He then begrudgingly said he would have to look through 100 parcels for it and I'd have to wait. I witnessed his rude and abrupt tone to not only me but several customers while I was standing there waiting. I wouldn't ever want to return if I could avoid it, it wasn't my mistake but instead of a helping hand to sort it out I was met with rudeness and like I was a hindrance on their day. Not a nice experience at all.

   I explained to the young frontline person that a parcel re-direct txt i'd received could be a scam, but i'd like to check. (I, like many people, am always expecting something in the mail) Well, she couldn't have been less interested if she tried, even looking for other things to do while i was speaking, & frowning continuously. Surely this is not the first time someone's wondered this? She spoke to me like i was mad, & i left there feeling like i'd been a major inconvenience to her day. I'll try not to return. I mean, seriously??

   Continue to have post delivery to my house with a completely different address on the letter. Have called and emailed a complaint but no one will pick up the letter and deliver it to the correct address and more letters continue to turn up.
