All the staff here are lovely, but terrible customer service from the owner. For years I have bought stamps from the little counter in the shop, but today I was rudely told that the 'other counter will help you', despite me having waited in that queue, behind another lady who was also turned away. No explanation, just rudeness, very disappointing, and it isn't the first time she has been rude to me either.

First time in here and made conversation with the lady about how much a postage stamp was these days and got my head bitten off, " tell me what hadn't gone up in a year" " I don't make the price" wowza, just mentioned that last time I brought a stamp it was probably $1.20 as I had a box or two at home and hadn't needed to but a stamp for years. Geez what an experience! Nit sure if I would ever go back in there

I regularly pop into the Rangiora Post Shop with parcels to send. The staff are always helpful and friendly and most know me by name and will always say hello. Sometimes there can be a wait if lots of people turn up at the same time so plan to have extra time if you are in a hurry! The parking is limited especially at the moment, as upgrades are made, so you may need to make a short walk. Treat the staff with respect and I'm sure you will find you receive the same in return.

Staff were not helpful. In fact one older lady spent 10 min to try and find information not to send my parcel. I'm a guest in your wonderful country and needed information to send wine to my wife overseas, I didn't need to be treated like an annoyance.

Having had poor service in the past I have avoided going here and use online registration for my car. However I needed a prepay bag so in I go. There were some technical issues with the system which is acceptable because it happens. However the staff member serving decided it was acceptable to announce that she couldn't help anyone in a nasty tone and then ranted about being the only one there. I'd suggest sorting out staffing issues and maybe staff wouldn't be unreasonable and rude. Oh and I left empty handed because of the system problem. Now I won't go back again.

How hard is it to deliver my item to the correct address. Are your drivers BLIND? Why is it that you keep delivering my parcels to the incorrect address? My property is not hard to find and is easily visible from the street? Crazy. Calling the call centre is useless because nobody there wants to answer a phone call and donβt want to help.

Having visited this store on Friday 17 march 2023 to post a parcel. The bench space in which to fill out the forms was full and two deep already I found a quiet spot in the retail area in which to full out documents for international postage. Having almost completed my task, I was approached by a very rude staff member who said I couldn't be there. It was against the rules. I was told she didn't make the rules. Where is this rule in the rule book. Secondly where was Mrs rude all that time while I had almost completed my task. I hate going to this store. Improve customer service

Made to fill out full details for a low cost parcel to be posted that was under 200 gram when we have been told this is not required at other post shops if under this weight. Then told to go and buy a pen to fill out the form. Covid could be the reason for not supplying a pen to use but other shops can do this safely. We had a parcel to pick up and lucky I had my driver's licence on me as my Super Gold card with full details on it along with the pick up card would not have been sufficient. Can't say staff were rude but not very helpful unlike the Northwood branch where we received good sales service.

Went to post parcel yesterday. I know we have to maintain distance but that place is a shambles. Staff very rudely asking people to move outside. They have two entrances it may make things a lot smoother for customers if they made one entry and the other exit. Also counter staff could be more helpful. I purchased a prepaid courier pack expecting it to be overnight. Wasnβt asked if I would like this option. Had to join the que again to pay extra $2. More time wasted holding up other customers. They need training to offer add ons. Appreciate it is a stressful time but helpfulness goes along way to create great customer service.
