Zero signage - it's inside a pharmacy. Needed 55 stamps. They only had 42. An NZ post shop without stamps - the irony!
Good morning. Or should I say bad morning. Quite frankly I am shocked, apawled, gagged, gooped and disgusted by the lacking of this company. The post is unreliable and the chances of receiving your package should be 100% not whatever it is currently. I pay $5 to redirect my signature required parcel and they don't even attempt to deliver it when I know for a FACT there was someone home. Shame on you.
An update.... 12 days to deliver a parcel that takes me 40 minutes to drive by car. Must be a record. Understand there is process and need for parcel checks but this goes far beyond being acceptable. And once again parcel delivery is delayed..... NZ Post as an organisation is broken. Its a model that just does not work....... Every time I purchase something with delivery through NZ Post I end up stressed. Their Who We Are page states "NZ Post is about delivery – delivering parcels, packages and mail for businesses and consumers". My conclusion? " Yea right". Possibly drop the sustainability and diversity and inclusion nonsense and focus on your core business?
Worst Delivery service. It is a resident address and they said business closed therefore unsafe to deliver. They never came, it's a fake delivery, they just pretended that they tried. Shame on you! You are wasting everyone's money and time, and lower the efficiency of this Country!
Sorst Company ever to send packages, They charge for Express post, Then send as Economy saving money, and charging hefty money her. Then they blame overseas Postal services. Narcissist from Top to Bottom. There is no place to complaint about these guys, nothing is ever their fault. 1-5 working days delivery service took them 4 working days still moving the parcel around NZ only, They need to be monitored by law. Scammers
