“This pharmacy is always slightly busy, because it is well placed and has a large range of supplements and health products, the staff are hard working, friendly and approachable and I would highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone who needs a prescription filled, or to buy supplements or makeup, or who has questions that they want to ask regarding their health. “Good morning, when I shopped here the other month, I see it's getting a wonderful make over and it's been long over due. Prices are also good compared to Paknsav or countdown.... but you still need to shop around. I have also read 1 comments regards to CORNBEEF locked away. These items are very expensive as Thieves like to Steal them, they don't take them by " A CAN" They steal them by boxes. I know this, because I have work as a Loss Prevention Officer at Paknsav, you have no idea what we have to do to prevent all this from Happening. catching them, and bringing them back into the shops . So please think outside the box to why they have to lock them up. Anyway I love the customer service & I would support them . “Absolutely stunning service from all departments within one business. We purchased their "Nap" sofa bed as a secondary couch for our house to have as a back up bed for our home office. We dealt with Aida who was absolutely amazing and patient throughout our experience. Aida advised us that the couch would be available for delivery in 2 weeks which was not a problem so we purchased the couch on this basis. However 3 days later I received a call from their warehouse (so was just as friendly!) advising a delivery was available the upcoming weekend which was pleasantly surprising. We were advised that I would receive a further text prior to delivery giving us a delivery window. This text was received 2 days prior to delivery and was written very professionally (looking at YOU Nick Scali) which advised a delivery time of 9-12pm. The gentleman also said I'd receive a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. On the day of delivery at 1110am, I was advised that they would arrive in 30 minutes. At 1135am, my couch was delivered. It's a shame we used Freedom furniture to purchase our secondary couch, as we have received legendary service from them in comparison to Nick Scali who charged twice the price, but provides half the service. Target: Great price ✓✓✓ Under promised, over delivered.... Literally ✓✓✓ Great communication! ✓✓✓ Amazing staff to deal with ✓✓✓ There is nothing I couldn't fault them on at all.”

“We visited the St Lukes store to buy a couple of charms for my wife’s special occasion. Teresa was very helpful and provided excellent service. We needed engraving done on one of the charms, and she arranged it perfectly. Even though she was alone in the store, she managed to assist other customers efficiently as well. “I was served by the most amazing, lovely and thoughtful person at the copy centre today. They was chatty and helpful and I felt like they genuinely cared about the poster I was making. I never told them the reason we were making the poster but it was about our dog that passed away a couple of weeks ago so it just shows they were fully like this with everyone. We were going through a lot and I'm just so greatful. It was like 3pm I think.”

“Have lived in Red Beach for 3 years, and on the odd occasion when I have been away for work I enjoy coming home to order takeaways. This is the first time I have had a pizza from this store that is sufficiently cheesy and melt in your mouth (not overcooked/burnt with the thin and crispy option) ~ certainly above the usual standards for this store. “Seems others have had bad experiences however my experience was alot more positive. We waited outside the store as it was 8.58am to purchased 3x charms. 9am doors went up. The lady who served us smiled and welcomed us in querying if we knew what we were after, we showed her the pictures we found on the website and she brang them out right away, this was a gift for my mum and the lovely lady also sold us a cute giftbox and neatly wrapped it up. We managed to get another charm recommended by her which was a bonus as it was a great price. Thank you for making our visit today so easy and quick, service was 10/10. “Easy to Print Fascilities from the front desk. Can work on the desks nearby provided to make alterations to documents. Photo Printing Fascilities available and it is preferable to use the Airport Photo Print service as the Manukau Store can take longer than it should. The Self-Print Service needs its own POS Machine though as it does not accept EFTPOS/CreditCards at the terminal. Can pick up a rechargeable card from the front desk to avoid the queues if your after a quick printout. A4 and A3 sizes are printable at the self-service area. All in all. It just works for your printing needs. Staff are knowledgeable about whatever your needs are. Just make sure to ask and not assume.”
