   Received amazing service by a young girl on Monday. She advised me of a certain promotion which prompted me in purchasing more. Will be back on Mondays because of the service received. You rarely get served anymore as the rest of the mall staff were not good.

   Why do stores want to charge for a bag? I left the jeans at the counter. Do they really think I want to carry jeans around the mall? I know it's a small charge, but build this into the selling price.

   Ok for an outlet store. The place could use some layout redesign. Selections are great however everything's stacked on top of each other. Hardly any place to move around.

   What a bad service. 3 staffs are just in the counter having a chit chat the whole 30 mins that i was there. They are not accomodating, friendly and helpful. Better to go in other shops.

   Ritchie was an epic salesperson! He went out of his was to help us out with a specific size, checking out the back several times, and always coming up with the goods! He also told us about the incoming stock frequency and other store deets which really helped us out. Thanks a bunch Ritchie! :)

   The staff from this shop was the most friendly that I've ever seen in this mall. The jeans are good, the shop was organized and great price. There was a lady (wearing glasses) at the counter, she was so welcoming, patient and lovely. In a very busy day (Queen's birthday) to see a sales person with big smile like her, the customer gets very grateful and happy with the purchase. Great work!
