Absolutely terrible service. Explain to me how on earth do you place a order on the 18th of December for a CLICK & COLLECT that it still not available. Understand why they went under wirh such disgusting service
I have purchased a paddleboard on boxing day ( just 6 days ago) at $499.99. Now I see the price has dropped to $329. I requested a price match, expecting a hassle. To my surprise, it was resolved effortlessly and the refund was issued instantly. Special thanks to James for his outstanding service
Tried calling on several occasions. No answer . In store not as bad I went in a month ago and was waiting around for about 5min for someone to come to the desk to get a click and collect item. There were around 4 other customers on the shop floor and around 5 staff.
I believe they are moving their operations online, perhaps this is why the team there are just not bother and seem to run away from customers, very unhelpful. I was there twice, first to do some research on a bike I wanted to purchase. When I asked for help, the guy looked at me like I was a huge inconvenience. Now I went to pick up the bike and had better service. It is sad to work so hard to earn your money and spend it at places where you are obviously not valued
Went in to buy an electric bike, ready to go ahead and buy. Sale service was inexistent, no advice, no insights, no interest in showing us options. Staff needs to be trained In both technical aspects of the products and in costumer service. Both were extremely disappointing. We'll be going elsewhere
Disappointed that we ordered skis a week ago online from Albany to be delivered within Auckland and they are still sitting at the shop. Now they tell us they won't have time to mount the bindings before travelling next weekend which they only do at the Westgate branch aswell. So now we have to collect them ourselves and get them mounted somewhere else and pay petrol and a mounting fee...would be nice if they at least gave us a credit but not holding out much hope...really poor service...and very sad child. Update...they came to the party and got them mounted in time.
Pretty unimpressed - made a click-and-collect order and some of the items provided were incorrect. Took them back to be replaced with what I ordered and paid for but they weren't in stock and they wouldn't get them from another store as it wasn't worth enough for them. Happy to ship things when they're taking your money but not to fix their own mistakes.
Went there for purchasing my first set of snowboarding items. The lady there is very helpful and patient, we spent one hour trying to find the right fit and got the perfect match. Thank you!
Update 12-01-2023: Location: It's located across the road from the Westfield and plenty of parking in the area. Customer service: was looking for a suitable camping tent and was on the fence either pole or inflatable and 5 people or 6 people, a young salesperson who always helps me came to me with a smile under mask :) and headed me in the right way. I picked an inflatable, groundsheet and rubber hammer under his supervision. He shared a lot of informative info about maintenance and operation of tent. about price they matched prices in reasonable amount. again stepped out with happy heart. ************************************************************** Dropped my bikes to get the right advice either going with new ones or affordable fixes. They fixed them perfectly. They sent me an sms to collect my bikes. Also, a young gentleman head me to the right place and products so at the end of the story I came out from Torpido 7 once having a shelter, Shelter, beach seat, beach trolley and two fresh bikes.
