The staff is so friendly and helpful, special thanks to Crus (idk how to spell) and another Asian guy with K in his name( sorry I forgot) They were very patient and actively helped me through my indecisiveness without being pushy to upsell. Great experience at your Albany store again today. On both occasions I've bought shoes there, I've been fortunate enough to have a gentleman by the name of Kenzo helping us. Nothing was too much trouble for him. So helpful and accommodating. Kenzo is a real asset to your store. Great job.
No one picks up the phone. Store manager, do your job. It's your responsibility to make sure someone is available to pick up and answer queries.
Customer service skills in here are terrible. Both times I've been in here recently I've felt like I'm annoying them by asking to try on shoes. Your staff need some serious sales / customer service training.
Bad selection of shoes but their staff and customer service was top tier. Was served by this baddie, his haircut was ugly but i can tell he looked good in a different hairstyle. I really wish he asked for my number. Anyways the selection was bad, but the staff were all friendly and treated me nicely even when they knew i wasnt going to buy anything.
I had to interrupt the staff while they chatted to ask for help on a pair of $200 Jordan’s. After that, I wanted to ask about another pair, but didn’t want to interrupt their chat again. So just left.
