   Probably the worst service ever. Literally every staff member there does not know how to say hello or even acknowledge a human being in front of them. Why be in a customer facing job if you hate people? Also, why don't they give medicine in a bag anymore? I have to walk around and show everyone my private medications??? They all suck. Even the supermarket pharmacy is better than this. Even a 3rd world country pharmacy is better than them. They're only able to stay in business bc the A&E is next door.

   Staff is so rude and unfriendly, went to pick up my prescription an hour after my doctor had sent it through. Went straight to the pharmacist, the staff was behind the counter, I greeted to get attention and a lady said will be out soon. When she finally came, no greeting, no smile, she looked at me with her annoyed looking face and she said “yes”. I was shocked by her attitude and behavior but anyhow I told her I was there for my prescription, she looked my name up and said “oh it’s not ready yet, maybe 10-15 minutes more”. Given the attitude she had and her rudeness I kindly took back my prescription letter and walked out. Be kind to people, be kind to your customers and be kind to yourselves.

   Very grateful for the helpful & kind staff who served me lastnight. I went in with face pain and I was advised on what to take and what would help and it worked! Luckily went here instead of the white cross who were charging me $160.00 to see a doctor as a casual patient! Thanks guys! Awesome team. Date :16/06/2024 around 6:30-7pm. The male pharmacist was great! Appreciate it.

   I had a terrible experience here. I have always bought some medicine from this shop. Last Thursday the 14th of September 2023, they had a clearance sale. The lady at the counter was mistaken so l had to pay for the tablets but when l went back to question there was no one to help or take the blame. Scamming people indeed.
