   Pharmacy keep the medical subsidy on prescription medications for themselves and won't give it to the customer, despite being shown proof that there is subsidy on that particular medication and despite the pharmacist himself calling another pharmacy to confirm, refused to honour the government subsidized medication, and charge the patient the full over the counter price (with no subsidy). When the staff was proven wrong after they attempted to gaslight the patient, became extremely rude, loud and obnoxious, and started making up lies to make a scene in front of other customers and patients who arrived to fill their script. Completely unprofessional, rude and a total rip off. Would never be going there again, and would not recommend

   Customer service is absolutely horrendous. A lot of the products on the shelves are close to expiry or too old. Staff is rude, my experience with this pharmacy has been so bad, I'd rather travel further than to use this pharmacy for anything I need

   This pharmacy is always slightly busy, because it is well placed and has a large range of supplements and health products, the staff are hard working, friendly and approachable and I would highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone who needs a prescription filled, or to buy supplements or makeup, or who has questions that they want to ask regarding their health.    Completely rubbish staff, very unprofessional and rude staff. She literally just hung up the phone. She did not hear me well and then she asked me to email her. I said thank you - and before I finish my words she just hung up with "oh my gosh". I don't understand her rationale to be so rude to the customers. Who would love them to be my pharmacy? I am so lucky I am not a usual client, and I feel sorry for their clients. Management has to work on their staff and their professionalism.

   Some of the Pharmacist are very lovely, however I have consistently had the mite of what my prescription is messed up. I’m supposed to pick up 2x medication as specified on my script however I have received just 1 and is never corrected once brought to their attention. Despite it being written very clearly in Prescription. Aside from that, mostly very friendly please.

   Couldn't of asked for better care! I miss Ian and the team so much, I put them through a lot of hassle. Being in and out of hospital they kindly changed my scripts back and forth with the aid of CADS. My new pharmacy is terrible, they malign me for ONE hospital visit, saying I've "fallen off the rails" and if I go back to hospital one more time they must "move me on" - when I was in hospital because my life is currently threatened by a blood infection... Made me wish I could move back to this pharmacy. Thanks guys for putting up with me! xoxo

   The woman at the counter is rude and unpleasant - she often makes a point of embarrassing you or grilling you on your prescription in front of other customers (!!!). Not good for a healthcare service. Even though it's local I avoid this place, she can ruin a good mood!

   I hardly ever give bad reviews, but I have had such bad customer service at this Unichem. It’s really noteworthy. Staff are likely trying their best, but the management seems uninterested in making it a pleasant place of business for customers. I feel like you’re inconveniencing them vs being a valued customer. Snappy and unfriendly to the point where I feel uncomfortable calling up or going into the store. I’ve heard of others moving their business elsewhere and I will be now too.
