   Today I experienced an absolutely unacceptable level of service at the Warehouse Stationery Westgate store. I’m a regular business customer — I come here every month to purchase office supplies and print A0 posters. I sent them the printing file by email half an hour in advance and informed them that I would come to pick it up in 30 minutes. But when I arrived, I found out they hadn’t even checked the email yet. Only after I got there did they start arranging the print job — and a few minutes later, they told me they had run out of A0 paper. I was honestly on the verge of breaking down.

   Easy five stars for us. Had a dilemma with having to print a canvas for a family members birthday which was the following day. One of the staff who's name was RUBY, was incredibly helpful and patient throughout this process whilst also managing other customers. Top tier customer service as she was super kind and professional.. And she got the canvas printed and ready within the hour. The shop was immaculate with all products being shelved neatly. The floor and surfves were clean. And the shop was fairly spacious.

   Poor service, very slow team. I placed a formal complaint to their Head Office and was told that their Store Manager would get in touch but never heard from them. Clearly this is no accountability. Easy to see why TWG shareprice struggles, they don't care about their customers.

   Hi Today i went to warehouse startionary westgate. There was one lady Manpreet kaur . i had very bad experience with her. She was really rude and showing Attitude. i was in line.when i got my turn i said , i needs passport size photo please. She heard and ignore me, And said ok i was looking to her and she was taking with other customers,After some time i talk with one kiwi girl , when again i was in line she asked me, what do you want i said i need’s passport photo please Then very kindly she said, please i will call to that person, whe is clicking photo, Then she called to photographer person and he clicked my photos . Photographer was really nice , i told about Manpreet kaur to him,Again Manpreet was looking me with very Angry way i don’t know why Thanks

   BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCOMPETENT. Waited about 20minutes to have a digital passport photo done. Unfortunately when I got home and tried to use it, it was incorrect and didn't meet required size. Went back to the store, waited in-line, another long wait. Whilst at the front of the que the staff ignored me and served the people behind me. It's like they saw straight through me.

   The manager, Pankaj, was absolutely horrible to me. He looked at me condescendingly and refused to listen to me. Worst manager I have come across ever. Please fire him. Other reviews are saying the same thing.

   Fantastic visit/shopping, went to print photos as a gift, had help, above and beyond from the lady at the counter, this store is nice tidy and the prices are great, the lady had the best customer service I have ever experienced, super friendly, I felt like a pain and muck around and this lovely lady made me feel ok and understood. Shannon is her name !! Thank you Shannon, staff like yourself are why people return for repeat buying. Happy new year and the photos turned out great. I'm sure my dad will love it. Thank you.
