Love this chemist their flexible in that times where I'm physically unable to pickup meds my family members can pick it up they have texting service and always contact you to make sure your aware of repeats and availability of pickups. Thanks guys
Worst customer service, long wait times and bad communication (every time I’ve been here). On this occasion, I was one of 2 people waiting & we were ignored for 5 mins at the counter. After she served that man who was waiting before me, she ignored me and served another woman who just walked in (even though she spoke to me earlier advising me I had to wait - when clearly I was waiting… no apology for the delay… just “you have to wait, our staff called in sick) We were all treated them like they were a huge disruption to her day. The place is cramped and giving retail hoarders vibe. My medication is on repeat, and yet they didn’t have it in store and asked me to pay for it, and then come back later and pick it up… but they can’t guarantee it will arrive. Wow!!! Unfortunately I have to go back here because of repeat medication… but NEVER AGAIN after this. WORST!!! I feel so sorry for our community getting this awful service!

free prescriptions , but the sales dude or owner dude that was in there once a couple months ago was super unprofessional while customers were in there. Raised his voice and everything about how the store looked etc. Super awkward. Never seen the dude before that day, never wanna see him again.
Poor customer service. I only went in to look for a cream, but couldn't find it. I went to the counter where one of the male staff served me - I asked where I could find this cream in the store. He proceeded to ask for my first and last name, and when I couldn't hear him he noticeably got annoyed that he had to repeat himself. He then went to the back to give my details to the staff (I didn't know why). Turns out he thought I had a prescription, which I didn't, because all I asked was where I could find this specific cream. He then asked me for a prescription, or to go to my doctor to get one. I explained that I just wanted to know where this cream was in the store. He was confused and could not understand what I was saying or what cream I was talking about - I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. Then he told me to go to the other lady who was actually helpful and showed me where the cream was straight away. Like was it that hard to understand? Why work at a pharmacy if you don't even know what specific illnesses there are?

For a chemist that's located in Mangere and serving the local population, it is overly priced. Too expensive. Something that costs $15 at Chemist Warehouse costs $30 here! Ridiculous

Disrespectful and disgusting service i call 4 days to get my husband medication ready to pick up next day went in 4 days later nothing has made they say oh give us 30 min that 30 min went to 1 hour wait the people there just talks alot and laughing dont even care bout people waiting i didnt even want to give a star they don’t deserve my 1 star ⭐️
