I think they need more training to deal with customers here. I had one guy who did not look up from his computer for our entire conversation ! Needless to say it was a very rude experience . Shame as they did have what I wanted !
Probably one of the poorest experiences. The store was practically empty. Enquire with staff milling around, and you get a finger pointed in the direction of what you’re looking for, left to your discovery skills. At the print center, signs told me to email my document to their Inbox. I did, and at the counter, I was charged $1.25 for 1 sheet! I queried. Response? “We charge $1 per attachment you send via email for printing”. I had one, a single page. There were no signs to pre-inform customers. When I raised it, the lady across the shoulders just shrugged her shoulders. So, now you know.
A person named Amal served me today in the printing section. Unfortunately, she couldn’t print my passport copy properly and started arguing when I pointed out the mistake. She also took my kids’ passport photos, which came out very dark and awful, and again argued when I said they weren’t good. Honestly, my kids could take better pictures than her! I’ll never visit this store again—people like her are bad for the business.
Shambles of a place for the print & copy centre. Been printing here the last 2 years for my business and without fail, every single time I go in, no one can find the items I’ve printed, they have no reasonable systems in place and look confused and dazed and tell me every time (bar one) that’s it’s not ready when I’ve received confirmation saying it is ready….. then they find it but it’s always scattered in multiple cupboards. Surely it’s not hard to get a system in place. Price is good and quality is good but the service and process is a shocker.
We were really impressed with the customer service at wairau warehouse stationary. ETHAN, was hardworking, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I was looked after. Their dedication and positive attitude made my experience so much better — a true asset to the team! 10/10 customer service thank you so much ETHAN YOU ARE A STAR ⭐️

The two staff in the print/photo booth could not have been more unhelpful and rude. Even refused to ring another warehouse store for us to check their service was working despite there’s not working stating “they never pick up their phone”. We stepped aside and called them and of course they did answer. Terrible service.
Great store but customer service could improve. Very slow service by the young employees there and they don't seem to register how to greet or talk to customers or even serve them. They look like they are paid to talk to one another more then talking to customers. Mostly these are the employees at the photo section and the furniture section. Kind of rude and unkind
Wonderful customer service, very helpful & polite staff with notebook & cell ph inquiries. Got some fantastically priced Marvel Avenger items for $3.00 (1/2 the discounted price). May go back and get more.
