visited Country Road at Sylvia Park today, and I have to say, the store manager Kayla was absolutely amazing! It was one of the best shopping and customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Even though I live in Gulf Harbour, I’ll definitely come back to this branch because of the wonderful customer care and the positive energy I received. Kayla helped me the entire time with a warm smile and so much patience even though my shopping took almost an hour, she stayed kind, energetic, and genuinely helpful until the very end. I’ll never forget such excellent service, and I highly recommend everyone visit this store it’s run with outstanding management and true customer focus. (thanks Kayla for your patience and support)
My shopping experience at Country Road, Sylvia Park store is always made better by Vivian, always so warm, welcoming, and helpful! What truly sets her apart is her incredible memory; she always remembers me and greets me with a smile. It's that personal touch that makes me feel like a valued regular, not just another customer. Vivian is a star and a fantastic reason to keep coming back to this store! Store otherwise is always clean, have lots of variety.
literally the worst customer service - they all look miserable 24/7 and act like they are better than you. The staff get irritated when you ask for help and apparently are above processing a sale because i got multiple huffs and eye rolls when purchasing something for my daughter. 0 out of 10 no wonder country road are having to close down stores. polyester blended items and they all act like they work at Hermès Hi Thomas - i did email on the 22/03/25 and i never heard back from anyone. quite disappointing really, especially considering my complaint was about racial profiling and staff intentionally humiliating of me in front of multiple customers.
When you walk into a Country Road store wearing a Country Road branded sweatshirt, is it too much for the staff to make eye contact, let alone greet a customer? I was in the store for a good half an hour. Some of the staff were friendly but one in particular treated me like a disease! I spent $300 + in CR 2 weeks ago and another $360 this afternoon. NOT impressed.
I came in today to buy a dress and get it shipped to my address but I was brushed off. The first girl didn't know what I was talking about and went to grab someone else who was either a senior staff or manager. But, when I asked her my question she brushed me off and said I could go home and do it myself on the computer. I knew it wouldn't work but she never let me finish my question in the first place. So I asked again and she brushed me off again. I go all the way home and try it and like I thought it doesn't work. I don't know if it was because I looked young? or how I was dressed? but I felt embarrassed.
Bad service. Old lady at register said our spend of $270 would count towards a voucher to spend later and if we used the current voucher on the account it would not affect this. We believed her since we assumed she must be a senior staff member. She neglected to inform us once the voucher was applied it was irreversible and when we asked to not apply any voucher, it was too late. She was quite rude and offered no solution or apology other than “oops”. Left a sour taste in our mouths after this experience and it seems as if she actually had no idea what she was doing whilst maintaining a snobby fake friendly persona.
The customer service at Sylvia was disappointing, let me just point out how snobby the workers are. They do not greet customers, it was hard to tell who the staff was. However the stock and range of products were excellent. I suggest just shopping online lol.
Came into the store on a Sunday looking for a gift for my daughter. A blonde girl with glasses helped me - she was conversational and very efficient in finding me a tote bag. My daughter loves it, will be shopping here again.
Quality clothing, a lot of variety in length of jumpers, jackets, plenty of pants in light and dark colours, red influences throughout the clothing range for the upcoming winter season. The staff were friendly helpful and plenty of them available which is such a nice customer experience. The shop interior is well lit and bright and inviting. There is a section for childrens clothing and home interiors at the back of the store. They also have an online store. Mobility access is good for those that need it.
