   Entered the store no one there to greet or serve . Walk all the way to appliance section. Looked around for spice grinder. No price displayed,looked around and found what 1 new piece in box.went to cashier and enquires about the price. Paid and left. Very poor customer service. None of the staffs bothered to serve. No meet and greet. After paying for my purchase . Then only the cashier said thank you for your purchase. But what about that customer service. No meet and greet . Staffs are just not bothered to serve.

   Today I went to exchange my Sony headphones, which I bought on Black Friday from Noel Leeming St. Luke’s, because the earcups were too small. I first visited the Royal Oak Noel Leeming store, but they informed me that exchanges must be done at the original store of purchase, so I returned to St. Luke’s. At St. Luke’s, I met Dot, who was very helpful and arranged the exchange after getting approval from Manager Chris. Then Sanjaya assisted me in choosing a suitable pair of headphones that fit me well. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by Chris, Dot, and Sanjaya. Their support made the whole process smooth, and I highly recommend all three of them for their outstanding customer service.

   Very disappointing click & collect experience I placed an online order two days ago for click & collect. The store clearly said they would notify me by both text and email once the order was ready — but I only received an email. When I came to pick up the item on the third morning, it took the staff about 15 minutes to find my order. The store wasn’t busy at all — there were more staff than customers — yet no one even came to check why I was waiting at the counter for so long. When I asked how it was going, they only said they were “still looking for it,” without showing any sense of urgency or care. The item weighed about 23kg, and although I understand it’s heavy for one staff member, I was quite surprised that none of them offered to help while we were hauling it to the car ourselves. As someone who also works in customer service, I rarely see such an indifferent attitude toward customers. I honestly wonder if this was just poor service — or something worse, like subtle discrimination. Either way, it left a really unpleasant impression.

   Terrible customer service. Waited 10 minutes for an employee to find my click and collect. Which is understandable because the product was quite large. But the main issue I had is that I asked if everything was okay since it’s taking a while and the two people at the front continued to talk to each other over me and just told me the employee is still at the back after finishing their conversation. No checking at the back, no action taken whatsoever. I felt very ignored and had no idea what was going on. It would’ve been better if they at least checked at the back considering the store was very empty and there were many employees just roaming around chatting with each other. Overall, I’m very disappointed at the lack of customer service, which you’d think is the most important aspect at a retail store.

His professional assistance and friendly behaviour made the process smooth and easy. I am fully satisfied and highly recommend his service.

   You're losing customers by suggesting they go somewhere else without even checking stocks on your end. I wasn't even there a minute when the lady who approached me and aggressively suggested I go somewhere else instead. But I guess im not worth the effort to find an alternative. I was also dropping by to check out a few items that I wanted to see first and possibly buy. I just didnt want to deal with your employees anymore so I left. But blessing in disguise probably coz St Lukes branch has bad stocks, bad customer service and bad reviews for a shop that small compared to other branches. Didnt really want to go there in the first place because of a previous purchase that put me off but thought to drop by since I was already in the area and been to all the other shops. Never fails to disappoint. Honestly the staff are either slacking off or too aggressive that it seems they dont want to sell anything to you and shove you out the door as quickly as possible.

   I live in the apartments next to this shop so this isn’t based off a one off experience, it’s pretty consistently like this - The shop has everything but truly the most useless Noel leeming staff. They don’t smile, there are plenty staff standing around but I don’t think they want to make sales. No one approaches you, you have to talk to them if you want anything and then they talk very quiet and shy. Good shop, terrible staff. Go to a different one if you actually want help.

   If I could give no stars I would! Your customer service was so poor! And will not be coming back. Management really needs to retrain their staff on customer service! This is the second time where the staff were rude and abrasive! My second time coming here and the staff were fighting behind the counter whilst another two were on their phones while I was clearly waiting to be served. And when we were served, we were only greeted with a “You alright?” Unacceptable Noel Leeming! Please refresh and retrain your staff on good customer service.
