   Subject: Feedback Regarding Incorrect Order and Delivery Experience Dear Domino’s Team, I am writing to share our recent experience with your store, in the hope that it can help improve your service and staff training. A few days ago, we placed an order for our daughter’s birthday celebration. We ordered a chicken and vegetarian pizza, and while the delivery arrived on time, we were disappointed to find that one of the pizzas was a Meat Lovers pizza instead of chicken. As we do not consume beef or pork for religious reasons, we could not eat it. We contacted the store immediately to report the issue and requested the correct pizza. To your credit, your team responded quickly, and we were appreciative that you sent a replacement pizza along with some chips as a gesture of goodwill. However, the second part of the experience was unfortunately distressing. When the delivery driver arrived with the replacement, my daughter answered the door. The driver insisted on retrieving the incorrect pizza before handing over the new one. My daughter asked him to wait at the gate while she went to get it, but he followed her up to the doorstep, which made her feel uncomfortable and intimidated. Once she handed the pizza back, he asked who would be paying for the chips. My sister then stepped in and explained that the chips were part of the compensation offered by the store due to the original mistake. Surprisingly, the driver then began asking whether we were going to leave a Google review. He repeated the question multiple times, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. I eventually came to the door and told him politely that whether or not we leave a review is entirely our decision. My sister called the store afterwards to report the delivery driver’s behaviour, but the response from the staff was not very helpful. She asked for the contact details of someone in higher management, but was told they didn’t know. We understand that it was a busy and difficult day with poor weather conditions, and we appreciate how hard your staff work. Mistakes can happen, and a simple apology would have been more than enough. We genuinely want to support local businesses during these challenging times, but it’s important that your staff, especially delivery drivers, receive appropriate training in customer service. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback. We hope it’s taken constructively and that steps are taken to ensure similar issues don’t occur in the future.

   Ordered from Domino’s Swanson and was honestly very let down. The pizza was dry all the toppings were scattered unevenly, with most of them falling off before I could even take a proper bite. To make it worse, the chilli flakes were dumped all on one side no balance at all! It felt rushed and poorly made.

   My earlier experiences with Dominos weren't so great as they often delivered my orders to the wrong place. After learning of their errors their staff members (especially one of the delivery guys) got to know me and made sure my needs were covered. Thus, I have raised the ratings of my previous review to reflect this. Dominos certain outdo anything my local Pizza Hut can offer, as those other guys can barely cook a pizza let alone deliver one in a timely manner. Dominos Henderson is much better.

   I don't normally order from here, did in the past but was always disappointed. However I did on Monday night and it was really good. A stuffed crust peperoni, the base was perfectly thin and crispy with alot of cheese in the crust, more topping than I expected. Will order again. Thank you we'll be back.

   Just received a delivery tonight. Pretty disgusted. Order was late which is understandable with traffic and the delivery guy was friendly and very apologetic. However the quality of what was delivered was only but bin worthy. Completely burnt pizza,undercooked garlic bread with undecooked butter. If you have ever promised a 4year old pizza for it to show up like it had been cooked for a hour. You can only imagine their review was much worst than this one. Thanks for a waste of money and making a tired mum have to go out a buy another pizza. Not surprised this review isn't letting me add photos.

   I ordered delivery tonight for me and my friends. The pizzas arrived lukewarm and when we sat down to eat, all the pizza’s tasted the same. Extremely difficult to differentiate between the different pizzas. The pizzas were also very dry with hardly any sauce and toppings. The prices have also sky rocketed. Overall very disappointing dinner.

   Haven't ordered here in ages, now I Know why. You pay extra 3$ for supposedly more toppings yet, well photos speak for themselves. Tbh, only reason we went w dominos last night was because pizza hut for some reason was closed. Was very disappointed be felt slightly ripped off.

   Very average. Reason for 2 starts is the staff attitude and venue cleanliness. Staff at the back making the pizzas were working fast but didn't have much care for the product. We had mushroom added after the cook because they forgot about them however that only ended up with a countable amount. Extreme problems with the app when ordering on the way and found we had to do the order again on arrival. The overall look and feel of the place was dirty. Rubbish on the floor, holes in the seat. It just needed some love.
