    My partner purchased me an anniversary gift from Pandora, but it turned out to be the wrong bracelet. When we checked the bag, it only contained the box and a gift receipt — no purchase receipt. He went to the St Lukes Pandora store to resolve the issue, but the older lady working there was rude and dismissive, refusing to process a refund even after he offered to show his bank statement as proof of purchase. We later contacted the LynnMall Pandora store, and their staff were polite, professional, and understanding. They accepted the proof of purchase and processed the refund with no issues. Very disappointed with the service at St Lukes, but extremely grateful to the LynnMall team for their excellent customer care.

    We visited the St Lukes store to buy a couple of charms for my wife’s special occasion. Teresa was very helpful and provided excellent service. We needed engraving done on one of the charms, and she arranged it perfectly. Even though she was alone in the store, she managed to assist other customers efficiently as well. Great customer service — thank you, Teresa!

    I had an extremely unprofessional experience with a staff member named Rita at Pandora St Lukes. When I asked for assistance on 25th September, she was rude, dismissive, and even swore at me. I’ve since noticed many other reviews describing similar behavior. This level of service is unacceptable for a brand like Pandora, and I hope management takes action immediately.

    Terrible service StLukes! I went there to choose two charms, picked them out & was ready to pay. Meanwhile the blonde lady with the accent treated me like I was inconvenient by being rude with her attitude then as I was about to pay she served someone else! She grumped at me & said she was there by herself. Terrible service, we went to Lynnmall!

    I just had the worst experience at this St Lukes store. I walked in and stood there for A WHILE waiting for the lady to show me what I was after. There was only one other customer in the store. This sales lady middle aged probably the manager gave me a weird look and continued doing her work. This was such a horrible feeling. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life where I felt like I didnt deserve to be in there. I have bought a lot of things from Pandora in the past but after this experience I have decided to boycott the brand altogether.

    Absolutely awful customer service with the blonde, curly haired lady named Rita. Definitely needs more training on their products and really needs to up her customer service skills. Won’t be coming here anymore. If you are going to work at a store at least show some passion on the products you offer, which leads to customers enjoying their experience and wanting to come back.Definitely will be going the Sylvia park store only

    Mediocre service. Poor warranty claim process. Overall just a very smart marketing company selling Thai jewelry under a premium facade.

    Watch out for their ridiculous 5 day click and collect policy. I have never shopped with a business who cancels an order after such a short time period, I ordered from out of town not realising this was the case. The staff we totally unwilling to help resolve it when I tried to pick it up on day 7 and forced me to repurchase at full price, an item I had bought on sale. Safe to say you have lost me as a customer Pandora.
