   Ordered fruits via uber eats, half of the fruits that was delivered was rotten and some were even missing from the list! Never recomending purchase via uber.

   Ordered 4 punnets of strawberries and chocolate sauce off Uber eats and I received ROTTEN & MOULDY strawberries. Unacceptable, I even wrote a note asking to please pick good strawberries, what a joke.

   Over the past few years, we have hosted our Annual Community Event at the end of each year. Seeking support from this particular supermarket has unfortunately been a challenging and quite time consuming process, involving numerous phone calls, store visits & email in an effort to make contact with Purvang and others. While we are grateful for the occasions when items were eventually provided for our giveaways, the ongoing need to chase responses and wait for promised follow ups has led us to reflect on whether the process was worthwhile. Sadly, we have decided not to pursue support from them again. We are fortunate to have other local sponsors who have been responsive, supportive, and prompt in assisting with our requests. Moving forward, we will focus our efforts on partnerships that demonstrate clear communication and genuine commitment.

   I wrote a positive review last time because I'm always met with Good sociable and kind staff Pasifika or Indian, but this time is a miss for y'all all. Small Pak Choi is set next to the bigger Pak Choi priced at $2.50. The small Pak Choi has no price why is that? Kinda feels like false advertisement or sus to not display prices. Do we need an investigation going? Then when asking staff for help on the price she said she doesn't know and to ask the front. That's the staff job to find this out. Fail.

   I really never got the name of this place because I've never ever seen a single item with super value prices let alone any value at all. Definitely better off going to pak n save.

   Good morning, when I shopped here the other month, I see it's getting a wonderful make over and it's been long over due. Prices are also good compared to Paknsav or countdown.... but you still need to shop around. I have also read 1 comments regards to CORNBEEF locked away. These items are very expensive as Thieves like to Steal them, they don't take them by " A CAN" They steal them by boxes. I know this, because I have work as a Loss Prevention Officer at Paknsav, you have no idea what we have to do to prevent all this from Happening. catching them, and bringing them back into the shops . So please think outside the box to why they have to lock them up. Anyway I love the customer service & I would support them . Thanks for reading my story, this is only a small portion of my catching. !!!

   I have seen the transformation from 3 Guys to Countdown to Super Value being a local shopper. Unfortunately the standard has dropped store looks run down and old. The medical centre has upgraded and other stores have maintained a relatively updated look but Super Value looks outdated is due for a revamp. Has an okay selection trades mainly on island food core products which are generally good value for money which is always good for the community. Other products are all expensive so wouldn't do weekly shop here. Bread & Milk and Cornbeef are generally speaking on special frequently. Very busy at times because of its location has a few other shops inside which are partitioned off. Unfortunately the two star is for the rundown look and the fact that I saw the whole chicken that's cooked in the pie warmer put in the drink chiller, after it was in the pie warmer all day, not good. Staff are friendly but average shopping Experience would only buy essentials here.
