   I was waiting in line to print an art board. At first the lady serving, seemed a bit uninterested and as if she didn’t want to be there, but she was actually pretty helpful. She even complimented my art board and helped me pick the right paper type, size, etc. She even rounded the price down to A1 even when it was slightly larger. Overall pretty good customer experience. Nothing too extraordinary. Even though the lady there seemed to have a bit of a bad attitude when looking how she had dealt with the customer before me, she was pretty helpful to me.

   Big shoutout to Royden at Warehouse Stationery! Absolute legend. I went in to grab a printer and left feeling like I’d just had a masterclass in printing economics. He knew exactly what I needed, sorted the most cost-effective setup (ink, cables, the whole shebang) within 10mins and to top it off he literally carried the printer to my car because I’ve got a dodgy back. 5 stars for customer service and bonus points for being an all-round top bloke. Someone give this man a raise (or at least a decent coffee)!

   **Read before visiting this place** They close at 5PM, I went their at 04:35pm to get a passport size photo done. I asked them can it be done, they said yes stand in the queue. I waited standing in the queue for 20 minutes with my injured foot, at 04:55pm they told me it can't be done because they have to shut down the printing machine. I asked ''but you made me wait here 20 minutes''. They said ''You can go to Lynnmall''. I never felt so disregarded in my life.

   I came to print an A3 drawing plan of about 150 pages. When I handed it over, one staff member mentioned that my document was quite large and might take longer, so she would serve the people behind me first. I agreed, made the payment, and told her I would come back later to pick up the prints. After about 20 minutes, I returned to collect my documents. Another staff member went to check and discovered that my order had been forgotten. He apologized for the oversight.

   I was served by the most amazing, lovely and thoughtful person at the copy centre today. They was chatty and helpful and I felt like they genuinely cared about the poster I was making. I never told them the reason we were making the poster but it was about our dog that passed away a couple of weeks ago so it just shows they were fully like this with everyone. We were going through a lot and I'm just so greatful. It was like 3pm I think.

   One Staff who was some young male staff was behaving very rude with an old Chinese couple. Professional and proper behaviour is expected with customers.

   The self-service printer is not working with USB driver, and the staff told me： they just print normal-size photos, and ID photos can only be printed by self-service machines. Long time I was wasted and very frustrated. It is completely different from the service of the previous newmarket warehouse station.

   This is purely someone called "Miriam" or some name that starts with M. She apparently does not work on Saturdays so was doing a big favour on everyone who came there. A very racist lady by behaviour. A poor old Chinese guy was struggling with English. Yet this lady decides to be so fast with her language and she did exactly the same with one other person who was struggling with English. She says "you are confusing me" to a man who cant even speak proper English. Yet she talk soooo lovingly with all the English speakers asking for reviews to be put on here. Please treat everyone equally. Jaime on the other hand is super amazing. And super helpful. One star is for the lady whose super racist, I have two starts only for jaime

   Went in to get some photos printed. Arrived at 9:45am and was told 10minutes. At 10am I asked for an update on time and they said 25 minutes. At 10:30 I asked how much longer and they said another 10mins. For 6 photos I waited an hour and 20 minutes in total. Would have been faster to drive to westgate branch to get them to do it. I will do this instead in the future. Staff were not understanding at all and quite rude by the end
