   Warehouse Stationary and Warehouse Lunn Ave: If I could rate both places lower than one star I would. Absolutely trash service. They are also known to sell faulty electronics and you basically have to beg for an exchange/refund even when you’re well within the policy guidelines. I have had multiple pathetic experiences here and now I just try to avoid this place like the plague.

   The Warehouse Mt Wellington (Lunn Ave) is a relatively new branch. The store is modern and the service is up to the group standard. The only thing that really puzzles and disappoints me is that this branch never brings in any Hasbro Transformers stock. It’s quite odd. A staff member told me it might be because this is a “smaller branch”, but in reality the store isn’t small at all, and the turnover for other toys is perfectly fine. I’ve been to even smaller The Warehouse stores around Auckland, and they all carry Transformers — it’s only the Lunn Ave branch that never seems to get any.

   Very convenient, quiet and tidy warehouse. The staff are very helpful and things are easy to find however the boys (5+) selection of normal rrp clothes is EXTREMELY poor - they always have a huge section of sale items for girls and then there will only be a few items for boys and most of them, if not all, are for little boys (2-5) which I find is extremely unfair that girl mums get discounts but boy mums don’t.

   Came into store today and was surprised to see how clean the floors/shelves and refreshed the plants looked In the garden centre despite the horrible weather conditions we’ve been having lately. Staff was also very helpful and friendly with all my queries. Hopefully they’ll maintain the same quality of cleanness within the garden area.

   Just wanted to say thanks to Syria, she was so helpful in helping me find 3/5 books I was looking for over the phone. They were clearance books so they were a bit tricky to find but she was so patient :) the agents on the warehouse website couldn’t help but Syria managed to find 3. thanks!!!    Absolutely amazing service at this location. Couldn't find what I was after but the man in the home section was not only able to locate exactly what I wanted, but also went above and beyond to help bring it out to my car. As someone who also works in customer service, I was blown away. Keep up the good work! For reference, it was the man with long, dark brown hair tied in a ponytail, what a superstar!

   After ringing 0800 number for lost parts for a product, I was advised to go instore. I was seen at the customer service desk firstly from a store clerk, then after the manager had finished muti tasking, he promptly provided me with parts & I was charged a small fee. Very professional service!

   New branch opened here at Lunn Ave. It's clean and tidy with different departments such as gardena and stationery - just like a Warehouse Extra offers more good and services. The stock here is better than some other branches. Edited on 14/4/2023. Those paralleled imported shoes are not available at all.

   Great range of products, spacious, fast check-out, with self check-out option, usually no queues. However, be attentive to advertised sales on the shelves and the price you're actually paying at check out. Have recently been ripped off on a 'Buy 1 Get 1 50% off' and the employee could not figure out how to amend the discounts after scanning the products back and forth a couple of times. I gave up and tried to contact their online support - who told me to go back to the store and ask for the manager. Disappointing customer service.
