    Amazing service at Pandora! I had such a great experience at the Pandora store today. The lady who helped me was so kind and genuinely patient, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and easy. She took her time showing me different options, answered all my questions, and kept the conversation flowing in such a natural, friendly way. It’s really nice to be helped by someone who clearly enjoys their job and knows what they’re doing. Her customer service was honestly amazing and she made choosing my piece feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

    Seems others have had bad experiences however my experience was alot more positive. We waited outside the store as it was 8.58am to purchased 3x charms. 9am doors went up. The lady who served us smiled and welcomed us in querying if we knew what we were after, we showed her the pictures we found on the website and she brang them out right away, this was a gift for my mum and the lovely lady also sold us a cute giftbox and neatly wrapped it up. We managed to get another charm recommended by her which was a bonus as it was a great price. Thank you for making our visit today so easy and quick, service was 10/10. Mum enjoyed her charms and opening the boxes one by one as suggested!! Her smile was priceless

    As a loyal customer of pandora, I have spent thousands of dollars over the years not only at the New Lynn branch but also other Pandora branches also. I am usually quite happy with the service I receive and the standards I am treated with as a customer. However, this was not the case today, with your assistant manager at the New Lynn branch, who customer service was appalling. I understand there was only 1 staff on, at the time I walked in, which I was happy to wait as I could see she was busy with another customer. I was the second customer to walk into the shop. Not long after a 3rd customer walked in and then a 4th customer. By this time your assistant manager was at the counter, once dealt with the 1st customer, she then delt with the the 3rd customer who quickly walked to the counter and just had a question to ask which was fine. I waited patiently and smiled at your assistant manager, then the 4th customer who also noticed I was waiting to be served asked me if I was next, I said yes I'm waiting. Your assistant manager then proceeded to continue to ignore me and directly served the 4th customer. Then a 5th customer walked in and she proceeded to serve that customer. I was just waiting and analyzing the situation, your assistant manager, acknowledged, greeted and served 4 customers, who came in after me, And after waiting for over 25 minutes I decided to move forward to the counter in hope she would acknowledge me at least. At this point I didn't even want to go ahead with my purchase, your other staff member came in, as I was getting very frustrated with the treatment I was receiving, I spoke up to your other staff member who was out the back room and I asked for some service. I asked the other staff member if I could have the managers details please and explained the situation, your other staff members proceeded to tell me that they are very busy this time of year, which I understand but that's no excuse to not even acknowledge and ignore someone standing in the shop for over 30mins and serve every other person that walks in. I cannot understand why I was treated in this manner, the only thing I can think of is your assistant manager had some type of judgment towards my looks that I wasn't going to spend money so i wasn't a priority compared to the other customers, when in fact I was prepared to spend a few hundred dollars today. I then was finally serviced by your other staff member, it took her 15 mins to serve me and put the sale through of $ 557 I wanted to buy a few other things but I was so upset with the way I was treated I didn't want to browse any longer. Your assistant manager overheard my conversation with the other staff that served me, she decided to finally acknowledge me once she saw I purchased something. She apologized then gas lit me and said I let the other woman go ahead of me, I corrected her and said no, I said to the 4th customer I was waiting for you and you directly served the 4th woman over me. Absolutely disgusting experience today, I look foward to hearing a reply from my email complaint, if not delt with accordingly, I will foward on to the head office.

    Good product but Bad service, very impatient staff member . She rushed us to make our choices, and has no patience for us to choose carefully. She even didn’t show us the good items, she wants to sell the cheap stuff – stock not selling! she didn't smile at us the whole time. Never come back and won’t recommend to any friends!

    Can’t imagine what I have been experienced. Good product but the worst service!!! Only one woman staff in the store when we walk in. We are the only two customers in the store but she looks very impatient. Just like they will closed in 5 mins but it was 3pm!! She helped us but she did not show any respect to us. She rushed us to make our choices, She always rushes us to make our choices and has no patience for us to choose carefully. Moreover, she didn't smile at us the whole time, but showed warmth and a smile to a customer who happened to come in. This had to remind me of discrimination. Never come back and won’t recommend to any friends!

    If I could give zero stars I would. Sarah and her 2 sales staff gave me the WORST shopping experience I have EVER experienced. The online shopping experience was more compassionate and service orientated than Sarah. I was doing retail therapy after a lose of a beloved pet and trying to create happiness in others lives by creating meaningful gifts, but these women were determined to not allow it to happen. Will NEVER return to that store, shame cos I had been a good customer. Learn better customer service skills ladies!!

    Ok product bad service. Got a bracelet as a free gift with charms for my wife before Christmas. It was a little too small so we went to exchange for the next size up, as the sales rep had reassured me. “You won’t be able to exchange that as it’s limited edition and we’re out of stock”. Rude and condescending, clearly couldn’t care less. Don’t buy as a surprise gift as they don’t honour exchanges if you get it wrong
