   I went to the store after i could not get them to anwer the phone many times, just to get a per page price for scanning as i had a few packs to scan. The printing division even in the past isnt super helpful, you always wait long. Its asif they just there to get a pay. After prepping the pack for may hours, removing staples, flattening pages, etc. to make it easy for them to scan they still wanted me to count the pages so i can get a quote from them! Isnt that the job of the people wanting the business to quote? Even spoke to the manager, more excuses than really wanting to help. Its time for competition on this island. I am hoping the actual owner of this business group reads these reviews and hopefully cares enough to appoint people that want to help the public. Hopefully this email will help to get the not so helpfull ones out the door. Its a company that is suppose to support businesses with good turn around times, telling me they will need 2 weeks to scan the 9 packs. I'll do it all in one hour with those machines and ive been working 30+ years in a office so i know what i am talking about. They not worried if they get your business or not, they paid either way! Maybe its time the owner takes charge, i cant see that any of the staff in WS seems very excited or happy to work there. Maybe give the work to those that want to work.

   Thank you to Ama, Sakshi and Gina for your help at arranging the portrait photo as an ‘emergency’ birthday present. I ordered the same from Harvey Norman and can’t believe the wait was one week. But you guys went over and above with your customer service and took just over a hour. Thank you again. This branch is highly recommended and will visit again *****

   I had an extremely disappointing experience with their photo services. It was genuinely unacceptable. I strongly advise against visiting Warehouse Stationery for this purpose. Even if it costs a little more elsewhere, it is worth avoiding the hassle. I have faced similar issues at the Sylvia Park branch as well, so I would recommend not wasting your time here. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I WANN GIVE NO STAR BUT UNFORTUNATELY NO OPTION THATS WAY IM SELECTING ONE STAR INSTEAD Thank you.

   Of all the Warehouse Stationery shops, this gets my vote as the best staff service of all. Vas + Sakshi are polite, helpful + very professional. So too is Ajay, on the office furniture, hardware area. Overall, the whole team at Botany are helpful, knowledgeable + very supportive. A pleasure to be a customer and might I add, I prefer this location to other outlets much closer to me. Well done team!!

   Probably one of the worse warehouse stationaries to print anything, understaffed and the ones that are there are very rude and unprofessional. Asked to print to A2 sheets and the lady in the front wasn’t sure if the printer was going to work or not. After I sent the files, she said it was going to take 2 hours and come back tomorrow. Very disappointing.

   Emailed twice. Called all day for days nobody answers. Called the customer service to which they also could not get ahold of the store. Horrible customer service. Head office needs to look into this store reading all of the other negative reviews.

   Tried to call this store 2 days in a row to ensure a product I needed to drive all the way up there for is available before I went, both times the phones were never answered. So the second day I just went there in person to try my luck, expecting the staff must be all too busy to answer phone calls. But I was wrong, plenty of staff there. I suggest this store cancel the phone line to save some cost and to save customers' time.

   Sorry, but there is a staff member there named Ama(?) who is one of the rudest most unhelpful staff members I've ever met. Have been served by her twice now and she treated me with zero respect for a simple and basic job of helping me sort out some printing I had sent through - hostile from the moment she looks at you for absolutely no reason. Let it slide the first time thinking maybe it was just a bad day, but had enough of it the second time and had to tell her outright that I did not need her attitude for her to actually show any work ethic or basic respect for another human being. Seems to be an ongoing issue based on other reviews that have been written.
