    Staff is friendly, but management spending a little more time training the group would make everyone's lives a little easier. I waited about 45 min to get my online order, only to have the worker look everywhere and then tell me it wasn't ready yet (last week a different worker told me it was). I told the worker it might be in the cabinet on the right, as that's where my order was the last time they couldn't find it (this wasn't the first time this had happened). Still couldn't find it, until I pointed and said "That one. Right by your hand with my name on it." Warehouse, if your customers have to tell your staff where you keep things, you're going to wanna spend a little more time in training. Otherwise, delightful people.

    If it were possible I would give zero stars for service. Huge queues and one person serving. Only waiting for 4 photos and left after an hour with no photos as tired of waiting. Now have to make another trip. Pathetic.

    Would give zero stars if an option. Went there at 5pm today to pick up a photo. Myself and another lady were waiting behind a mum and daughter who were taking for-ev-er. The young guy serving them was doing his best, but the other staff member Gale could see there was a queue and did absolutely nothing to assist this poor guy. I even saw the supervisor hovering in the background and she made no attempt to come and assist alleviate the queue. After standing there 20 MINUTES Gale decided, in her own sweet time, to come and serve me. Not wanting to be labelled a Karen, I didn’t say anything but honestly are these people clueless? You need to employ staff who understand the concept of customer service and train them properly. Not impressed.

    I went in with only a USB stick an idea of what I wanted. An extremely helpful, knowledgeable assistant asked a couple of questions and went ahead and quickly produced two perfect large spiral-bound documents while also helping other customers. Fantastic service.

    Ordered something to be printed and laminated, which had a blank white background. It had a weird, almost static-looking greyish background when given to me. No phone cases for iPhone models like iPhone 11 pro. Friendly staff though, who are helpful when getting security-protected items.

    I used their photo printing service for Xmas, I needed my order for a present. After several ohonecall I finally got through, they confirmed they have my order ready, when my husband turned up to collect they told him they don't have it. We had a newborn and a toddler, kind of hard to run around, and they wasted our time. They agreed for a refund, wich I have never recieved over a month now. Utterly useless costumer service. Never again!

    Staying professional, this place is terrible in terms of customer service. The time required to wait and get electronics serviced is too long, and when given, the service is insufficient, undetailed and requires you to fish for information on what they actually even did. The manager is an absolute couch potato which takes breaks which are significantly past the normal of 30 minutes, and keeps customers (and staff!) waiting for legitimately an hour. 10/10 would not recommend ever shopping here, it will save you a headache!
