The highlight of my work day is getting an update with what they've gotten up to, with a cute picture of course. Just look at her Instagram to see all her happy furry customers. Not only does Kyla show love to the pooches she walks, but she is trustworthy, reliable and flexible. The online booking and payment process is also easy and convenient. Lucy loved her straight away, and I'm sure you will too.”

“Hotel receptionist Smitri was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Although we booked through a third-party service and didn’t reserve a parking space, she went out of her way to find one for us. She was polite and empathetic, especially considering our situation traveling with a toddler. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and the room was clean and well-maintained, the kitchenette is a bunos! Kudos to the housekeeping team as well, the room was still serviced even after 5 PM, which we really appreciated. Would love to book again in the future!”

Our dogs journeyed 30,000km from Spain and arrived at their happy place here. I can't thank Tanja, Mark, their family and team enough for their attentive, kind and competent support. “We checked in late, however, Sam the Manager presented the key to our room showing how to use it. He was very helpful to us in providing a lot of information. Next day, he upgraded our room to a very nice double bed serviced apartment 2E with a nearly new washing machine , dryer, dish washer and mini fridge. The sleep quality was great. The apartment is very clean with clean sheets and towels. There was no mould or insects anywhere. The Heat pump was great and noiseless. The Hotel is located close to everything in the CBD, especially, Sky Tower, Queen st, Auckland ferry terminal and Bus Terminal to go to the Airport. There is a carpark in the ground floor ($25 per night). The Housekeeping staff were amazing, changing sheets and towels every second day. We loved staying here for 2 nights and will stay again in the future.”

“This is my go-to pharmacy and I'm really happy with it overall. It's fast, affordable, and super convenient. Free scripts are a massive positive, the pharmacists inform you on the wait time so you can squeeze in a quick shop on the side too. During lockdown, they allowed me to pick up medicine from the front of the store (no queues) and are fine with others collecting your script if you call first. I've never had an issue with having scripts directly faxed or bringing them in myself. The manager there (I think his name is Tom) works hard to make picking up scripts as painless as possible, he's friendly and fast. I'm not exactly a pharmacy connoisseur but I like this one a lot.”

“Loved the home here. There was plenty of space for two families and a couple to stay altogether. The owner was great as we had a couple of issues out of our control and he was great about it. Pity it rained most of our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the great deck as much as we would of liked”

They made modifying my third-party booking seamless. Spacious, comfortable room with everything needed for extended stays. Fantastic room service and cleaning. Great value for money with very affordable pricing. As a repeat customer, the combination of great location, comfort, and service keeps me coming back. Highly recommended - will definitely book again if ever in Auckland.”
