   -We arrived late, the man on late night check in didn’t know which level our room was on and 10A is actually the penthouse which is not clearly stated in the check in instructions & is very confusing. - No Aircon & Only one fan provided in the apartments. - After we left we were charged $135 for extra cleaning for them coming to vacuum broken glass off the floor for safety reasons as we accidentally broke a glass kettle and we had 2 infants that are learning to walk (which they shouldn’t have anything glass in the rooms as it’s unsafe for multiple use & handling anyway). We went out for the day and we came back to the room and we had asked if they had cleaned the room, they said they had when we checked there was still shards of glass on the floor which we couldn’t clean up ourselves as there was no vacuum in the room and they were in the carpet. So they charged us $135 to clean for 1min of vacuuming. - They didn’t offer us any help until the end of the stay to get our double pram in/out of the hotel by using the garage.

   Very handy location, especially to The Strand train station. Easy after/before hours check in/out. Nice clean apartments. Has washing machine and dryer for those traveling like we were.

   My First and Last time with Quest for a number of reasons: 1. Car space is way too narrow and small 2. Amenities are not provided/refilled after room serviced - 1st day laundry liquid is not provided; 2nd day body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not being refilled; 3rd day dish washing liquid is not being refilled 3. Floor is not being cleaned (My 10 month old baby crawling on the floor with dirty, dark socks that needed to be changed twice a day!) 3. Reception is closed after 6pm, there’s no way you could contact them if anything is missing! 4. No later than 10am checkout even with family and young children 5. Nothing impressive! With the same amount of money, there are plenty of options out there Never have I had such an unpleasant stay at serviced apartment. AVOID QUEST!

   Outstanding stay. Perfect location - walking distance to city centre, University of Auckland, and car rentals. The staff are absolutely incredible and went above and beyond with everything. They handled my delayed airport luggage smoothly. They helped split my business/holiday charges across multiple credit cards and provided separate tax invoices without any hassle. They made modifying my third-party booking seamless. Spacious, comfortable room with everything needed for extended stays. Fantastic room service and cleaning. Great value for money with very affordable pricing. As a repeat customer, the combination of great location, comfort, and service keeps me coming back. Highly recommended - will definitely book again if ever in Auckland.

   Had a really love stay at Quest on Eden. Fantastic location. We were able to walk all around downtown Auckland and easily access public transportation. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Everyone we encountered was kind and the room was what we needed to adjust after a 20+ hour travel day.

   My initial night’s experience was not good. Couldn’t get the stove top working. Some remote answering service didn’t consider options like informing the on-site duty manager. When he learned of this the following day, he went to some lengths to resolve my concern. Hopefully this manager gets the support he needs in future from the support centre. His response was so effective and heartfelt, I have revised my ratings and reviews

   It would have been a five star review except that we had to check-in after hours and the system failed meaning we were stuck outside for what seemed like ages trying to get our keys after a very long flight. Eventually, the manager did arrive and from that point on everything was pretty much perfect. Nice apartment with all the mod cons, great views and excellent location. We'd stay here again as long as we could arrive while their front desk was open.

   Pro: Nice big clean room with new furniture and appliances. Friendly reception and room service. Great city view. Close proximity to the city. Con: No ♿ access. On top of the hill so walking up the hill can be challenging. Limited grocery store and food selection nearby.
