   This is my local and I love the store normally! However, my first time using the direct to boot service was a shambles. Unable to go into the store for medical reasons, I had to wait for over 40 minutes for my order after being notified it was ready to go. On the app and website, I indicated my arrival and what bay I was in but waited and waited and waited…I called the store multiple times – no one picked up. I called the national contact phone number and was put on hold for nine minutes then cut off. I rang back a second time and my order was finally put into my vehicle. I’ll be very reluctant to use this service again unfortunately.

   Disappointed and dismayed to see Roundup for sale a couple of days ago in Woolworths, on Richmond Road. A dangerous poison, banned in many countries due to its proven links to lymphoma cancer. The product was on the shelf, near grocery items and food. It appears, in this case, that supermarket profits trump any community health or safety concerns.

   Produce area was so empty. What happened to all the salads..at Countdown.. Just because its winter do you not think we all eat salads. Those poor farmers trying to get back on track after the floods. Feel sorry for your staff here it was obviously busy over the weekend and for us locals who can not do a Monday morning shop because you haven't supplied the store with stock. Bad business.

   Such a clean and tidy store. Carparking is great for smaller vehicles, if you're in an SUV be nice to everyone and park towards the back!

   This company are thieves. Nothing more than money gouging scoundrels taking advantage of desperate people. $30 for Heineken 12s is above RRP, and cashier tried changing us twice for zip lock bags. SMH

   I've been coming here on and off for quite a few years now and it has improved somewhat - staff friendliness and state of the store. The range of products and tidiness leaves something to be desired but the location is handy so I keep coming back.

   This was clearly $1.50, the self service checkout charged me $4 and Tina (staff member) wasn't exactly helpful. She was too slow, things need to be explained like she was a 5y.o, showed her the photo and the actual location and still wouldnt believe me at all. As she amended the price messed up our order further by amending a price for another product and rescanned it, making me being charge extra. Also the stock levels at this countdown is shocking.

   Quite a good size, not too cramped. Staff are friendly and helpful. Has lotto and a walk in beer chiller. Sometimes tills get busy and you have to queue for a while.
