   Great stay at Royal Park Lodge. We stayed on the ground floor toward the back of the property. It was reasonably priced, especially considering the Tool show madness. Check-in was super easy—quick and efficient. The room was spacious, well maintained, tidy, and the shower water pressure was amazing! Large kitchen/seating area with plenty of coffee, milk, tea and sugar available. Comfy bed too! It was very quiet and even gave the illusion of being far from the city thanks to the outdoor seating area. Daily housekeeping was done at a reasonable time, and the staff were incredibly friendly—even when I overslept and accidentally startled them by opening the door with my crazy bed hair. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, though the spaces are a bit tight. There’s also easy access to public transport, with a bus stop just down the road. On my list to return

   Stayed here recently, bathroom tiles are extremely slippery after a shower as the wet floor design is terrible and they water sprays out across the bathroom. The carpet didn’t feel clean at all, it almost felt sticky to walk on. Besides that the beds were comfortable and felt clean and a good location for easy access to the highway and shops.

   Amazing place to stay, the price is what catches your eye, the cleanliness of the rooms and amazing service (not to mention the soft beds) is what will bring you back. Absolutely loved our stay. It’s also less than 10 minutes away from the zoo. Highly rate the Royal park Lodge! Thank you!!

   Room was really good on the inside, a large room, which is better than I could get for the price in other motels in the area. Nothing was old or broken. Good room for the price. This is a good motel for staying a few nights if you want to be in this location. It was good because it had a dining room table with four chairs. I like to sit down for breakfast. I chose it because it is close to the CBD and was easy to park my car and travel to the places I was visiting. Walking distance to a supermarket and McDonalds, which was good for a late night dinner and breakfast supplies. Car parking was good, and it was easy to turn and park my mid sized car. Electric car fast chargers at McDonalds. Could walk to commuter train station. The property gardens could be tidier, I think they could hire a gardener or garden designer.

   I’ve stayed here a number of times ,its great, highly recommend ,close to restaurants ,countdown supermarket and McDonald’s barely 100mtrs down the road ,Newmarket only about 8mins by car ,,and cafes barely 50mtrs away if your hanging for a flat white Rooms are spacious and clean added bonus are the friendly staff 5/5

   Very convenient when visiting our son. Friendly owners & obliging. Disappointed that tile floor in bathroom very slippery when wet. Just recovering from knee surgery so made me wary. Needed a non slip surface. Blow dryer not working however roomy clean & tidy. Reasonably priced.

   Turned up to the Royal Oak Lodge after a flight and our accomodation falling apart. Stressful night with heavy rain but the receptionist was friendly and accomodating. We had a double room for 2 nights, double bed was comfy but single bed you could feel the springs in the mattress. 160$ which at 80$ per person I thought was cheap. Bathroom could maybe do with an update and renovation, apart from that nice place, even provided milk and tea/coffee.
