Stayed for one night in the newly renovated building so room was very modern and fresh. Everything was clean and comfortable, shower water pressure was excellent. Plenty of parking, but a bit tight with a larger car. Conveniently located just off the motorway and walking distance to the train station.
Location is great, easy to find. The room was nice and clean, well equipped and super comfy beds. Loved the black out curtains. The complimentary car park was a huge bonus for us! Check in and check out were both efficient and both staff members were friendly. Only thing I’d mention would be the step getting out of the shower is a tad dangerous. Adding some sort of grip to the step would make a big difference. Overall enjoyed our night would absolutely recommend.
I had a really good night there. The location was super convenient, the food was tasty, and the service made me feel sooooooo welcome. The room was clean and comfortable — honestly better than I expected. The staff were warm and helpful, which made the stay even nicer. I’d happily come back again and recommend it to anyone.
Just checked in for stay accompanied by my wife. We arrived in Auckland abit earlier than expected and staff let us check in slightly earlier which was appreciated. Very impressed, with room super clean , tidy modern room. Good value for the $$$. Great location too

I had stayed at this hotel before, and at that time, there was some noise due to construction work. I even submitted a complaint letter back then. But now, with the new building completed, everything is quiet, clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The experience this time has far exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely come back regularly in the future!
Pleasantly surprised! The rooms were clean and comfy, great price and 20 minutes from the Sky tower.
Fridge in room was a tiny mini bar fridge and we booked for 22 nights so it was virtually impossible to stick the fridge for this length of time. Construction right outside of our apartment, drilling and banging all day. Worst hotel experience ever !!!
The location was fantastic, but the kitchen was a bit icky and the room smelt like cigarette. But why do I give it 5 stars??? THE BEDS WERE BEYOND AMAZING. I am very fussy with beds, and I'd be back here in an instant purely because it guarantees a wonderful sleep
Basic but reasonably comfortable. They should put a sink in the kitchen. Doing dishes in a bathroom by the toilet is not hygenic. Even a dishdrawer in the kitchen would be better. Shower cubicle has a platform extending from the cubilce next to the bathroom door which is a trip hazard going in. That is a health and safety issue which should be addressed. Staff member on the desk was ok. She did help with my bag up the stairs. Note: there are stairs with no elevator or ramp access so if you have mobility issues ask for a groubd floor room. My arm was in a sling post surgery so it could have been a big issue if she hadn't helped.
Amazing property lovely staff very friendly & helpful. Beautiful comfortable property. Travel for work lots & must say one of the best properties I’ve come across. Stayed last night & was so happy with it drove back late to stay again. Will definitely be back
