Thalia was Excellent in reception. Top floor apartment was amazing. Congrats to the cleaning staff for an exceptional clean. Apartment had everything needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a very pleasant stay, close to Henderson mall with an incredible place to stay.
Affordable and good location, room is a good size with everything you need. Liked the washing machine and dryer available in the room. Everything was good. Only comment I would make is the beds are not very comfortable and quite springy probably time to upgrade.
the housekeeping undeniably carried this particular stay of ours, we were exceptionally busy and didn't have much time to clean up - and despite this they diligently cleaned up every day and they are without a doubt the strongest aspect of this hotel The appliances are clearly aged, and can be difficult to get to work as a result - they're approaching if not surpassed end of life and you should prepare for things to break or not work properly
Always tidy and quiet and when we see someone, they always have a smile and answer your questions immediately.

The staff there are awesome, they go out of their way to make your stay great. Plus it's situated fairly close to malls and supermarket
Bit of a rocky start to a holiday. Nick, the manager, got a room with very short notice, couldn't be more welcoming, and went above and beyond in helping get travel organized when previous arrangements fell through. Can't thank Quest Henderson enough!
Clean rooms. Well equipped. Great shower &toiletries, fridge door a little awkward to open by room door but washer drier great ! Duty managers very friendly & helpful. Sorted extra night when flights postponed. After hours access x1 night an issue but external intercom & outside phone eventually sorted. Great stay otherwise. Many Thanks.
