   I find the staff are super friendly ! Considering the management has not much human tolerance ? Specials are often not matching the products by the checkout. I myself couldn't get to the shop after I came home with an product that was old and crumbled out of the packet!? I emailed and told them could I get a refund or store credit or money in my bank? THEY SEND ME A EMAIL PLZ GO DIRECT TO THE MANUFACTURER?? Freshchoice POLICY is ACTUAL AN store credit! or replacement or refund! PLZ CHECK your receipt.

   I am making this review on behalf of my elderly mother 77yrs whom brought a pumpernickle bread from here, it was crumbling like it was old or had been stored inappropriately & she wanted a refund & instead of offering her a refund or a replacement the manager argued with her over 4 or 5 emails saying she needs to contact the supplier directly i assumed if u were not happy with a product you got a refund or replacement from the shop you brought it from. The management at this place must be desperate to argue over one small item, the few loyal staff they have left are the only ones holding this place together by the looks of it, they go through so many staff because ive heard the management are mean very rude & hard to tolerate, not just towards there workers but also there vulnerable customers now as my mother has found out. i have personally witnessed arguments between management & staff, & i have also dealt with multiple docket & overrcharging issues as they don't update there pricing on time i have had to go back multiple times due to the specials not coming up on my dockets, so make sure you keep & check all your receipts from there.

   Very good shopping experience enhanced by awesome staff. Goods are well displayed, fruit and veggies are always fresh. Some items are a tad expensive but I think the specials, particularly with meat, balances it somewhat.

   Some shelves empty, not their fault! Staff were coming out, there had just been a delivery. Shelves full this time. Also 5% discount on Tuesday for Super Gold card holders! No eggs, no surprise. Aisles full of staff restocking.

   We are a local business who choose to support Fresh Choice, another local business. We place an online click and collect order as we do not have access to a card to do an instore shop. We have only been treated rudely since placing the click & collect orders. The orders are never on time, we always phone before collecting to aid the process and thankfully so as the order is never ready. I have also found we are used as the disposal bin. Any 'fresh' produce we are given is clearly picked out as it's the worst they have left and no in store customer would pick it. I was even given a broken contained of brown guacamole recently. I only discovered this upon returning to the Kumeu branch for a staff members leaving afternoon tea. I couldn't be bothered to raise this with Fresh Choice so threw it away. Today once again our order was not ready & we were rudely told that our orders are not worth their time and they do not want us to place click and collect orders with them any longer. The website advertises this service so I do not understand why our orders are such a hassle. We will now move our business to New World or Countdown which is inconvenient but they will be reliable at least.

   Sometimes the prices dont match and ive got reduced food to get home and eat it, then find out its expired so ALWAYS check your dates when buying from there. The checkout staff are the coolest!
