   We stayed at Quest on Queen Apartments for a concert at Spark Arena, which is only about an 8-minute walk, absolutely perfect for our trip with friends. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping, dining, and key attractions. The staff were warm & attentive which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service, prime location, and great value. Highly recommended for business travellers, families, and anyone looking for a comfortable city stay.

   Noise was crazy. Friday night the nightlife and VERY loud music went on until 3am. Saturday it ended around 2 but was still loud. I cant fault the room. It was clean staff was friendly. It is close to everything but I wont stay here again. Location is a 5star but the noise makes it very negative atmosphere.

   No proper Maintenance, During my stay the lift was not working for 3 days,Everybody had to take stairs and no proper response from management apart from notice. Always some or the other problems arise in this aprtment.Rooms are not wider compared to other apartments nearby. Very noisy because of pub beside this building. Management is worst Management charges even for washing powder I do not recommend this apartment

   The location is excellent to access all of the cbd, and especially the ferry terminal which was all of a 5 minute walk. We arrived very early before check in but the receptionist sorted us out with a clean room straight away, which was an absolute god send after 2 days of travelling. The room was good, maybe a little tired but the air conditioning worked perfectly, the shower was good, the room was clean, and the balcony was great for drying off wet bits of clothing!

   The location is very good. Rooms are very tired, cold and noisy. If you arrive late - you are likely to have to step over the homeless people who sleep in the doorways all around the hotel entrance. Only positive is the staff who seem extremely friendly.

   Great location apartment in the heart of Auckland CBD. Photos online makes the space look a lot nicer than what you pay for. It was dated, bad touch ups on the walls, and overall had an average interior. The room also smelt bad, no amount of airing helped for our stay over 2 nights. Bed comfortable. Staff very helpful, kindly allowed a earlier check in.

   Very bad experience, we are staying here for 6 months and it’s very noisy on weekends, they say they have gym access but they have only one card for the whole building which is unavailable all the time. Even when we book it in the morning then they say come half an hour later and then gym card is never available.

   Well located for city activities and the apartment is well appointed and the car parking is close by. I just couldn’t get past the noise. Even at 4.30 am on a Wednesday and being on the 11th floor it’s just noisy. The fix would be to double glaze the windows. Then it would be a great place. If you are a light sleeper then stay elsewhere. Please double glaze (inside and easy fix).

   We only stayed for one night, and it was fine, if nothing special. Clean, safe, and very centrally located. The room had everything we needed and some extras like a dishwasher and stovetop that would be good for longer stays. We had maybe the worst room in the entire building on the 2nd floor facing a brick wall with no light, but I think most of the other rooms would be more pleasant. For how little we paid, can’t complain!
