Limited selection for a small store which is all good, but the click and collect lets this place down. We regular use it and it seems every time we do we have to wait at least 20 mins. Would be faster to go into the store and get everything faster. Very inefficient, they should learn how to do it from the other stores which have no issues like this
Just went here to purchase a cake for my friends 21st year around the sun she is my good friend and I wanted to get her the very best I got a $5 cake and $5 candles (photo shows lots of candles only the 21 candles were purchased today) my friend was delighted and she liked how moist it was happy freakin birthday Emma
I feel like this PAK’nSAVE gets a bad rep for its layout… honestly, that’s also why it loses a star for me. I also find its stock lacking sometimes. HOWEVER, overall it’s clean and tidy and the team are so kind!
Cannot fault our good old local Pak N Save store. Staff are good with your click and collect. Never majorly busy like the one on Lincoln Road. Love the store!
Awesome helpful security. Big store with plenty of variety of things to eat and household items. Awesome service from staff and also Great parking spaces.
It's a good store for quick grocery shopping. Most of the parking is in the basement. However prices are comparatively slightly higher than other paknsave stores.
Great store, nice to have self checkout but still needs more staff on checkouts usually only 2 open.. when you have bigger shop. Other improvements could be more on go food next to hot chicken like say pies, donuts, rolls improve the deli section..maybe some seating and tables near coffee and waiting bay...apart from this the staff are awesome and friendly
Staff members are friendly, courteous, attentive, and very helpful. They also stock plenty of fresh produces, and grocery items. Some of their stocked items are quite unique to the store in lieu of the items usually stocked in the other stores. Entrance to the car parking area is quite challenging and the traffic flow underground can be challenging too.
Great brand new store. Very modern and comparable to any upmarket supermarket. Underground parking is also very convenient. Lighting and ambience are also comforting. Best Pak'nSave in the country.
