“I have a permanent gold anklet and bracelet done by Jo at Precious imprints and I love them and loved the experience, she was patient and had so many options to choose from. I can’t wait to get more!”
“Friendly, helpful professional team! I really appreciated they checked if I was on other medications when I purchased some cough/cold medicine.”

“Marnie and her team are all so wonderful to deal with. They really care about our fur babies and take the time to explain about the treatment they give. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We always come out feeling great with happy contented pets!! I would never go anywhere else.”
“Love the Dog depot!!! So pleased to have found Annette and Grace who run the Dog Depot on Waiheke. My mini schnauzer Maggie and I are here for a couple of months and Annette was so accommodating to squeeze her in. They also pick up and drop off which is so handy! Maggie comes home so happy with a big grin on her face. Thank you so much Dog Depot! Can’t recommend you highly enough!”
“Great convenient pharmacy located right next to the Doctor's. Sophie the head Pharmacist, is very friendly, very knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommended! A++”
“I love love love hippo health. This winter I decided to try thrush plus for our 29 years old mare who has suffered from bad thrush for a long time .I gta say we have tried a lot of products for her and was always able to keep it at low risk but it was always there lurking ready to come back at the first sign of bad weather and mud. This winter has been a game changer there is little to no sign of thrush in all four of her hooves she is a lot happier not sore at all and I love how easy it is to give ,no more picking feet out in the pouring rain to apply powders and all manner of treatments ending up soaked and covered in mud. This product has worked wonders and I have combined with healthy hooves and mud and rain and I am impressed. I will definitely be keeping a supply in my tack room.keep up the great work.”
“Wags n Woofs is so great, our dog Kodi absolutely loves his time at daycare with Chris and Morgan and they are clearly awesome with the dogs as he is always so excited to see Chris at pickup and doesn’t want to leave him when he gets dropped off! The door to door service is brilliant, and they are very reliable and punctual.”
“Such a great spot, we had a great experience & are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend.”
“A gentle and welcoming place, thank you for having me.”
“Ralphie loves going to the Small Dog Social Club. He can’t wait to get in Rebecca’s van with all his mates. She drops off a very tired and very happy dog at the end of the day. Love all the photo’s and video’s she posts of the group. Highly recommended.”
“Outstanding service, my dog came back so happy and worn out from the days activities. I couldn't recommend this well run company higher!”
“Rusty and Gigi love going to Abbey to get their nails trimmed. Abbey takes her time with them (which I really appreciates) as Rusty can get a bit anxious. I would recommend Abbey’s to anyone. Her heart is in the right place and she loves animals. Thank you Abbey for all you do for us.”
“Friendly and helpful, get all my mushroom substrates there”
“Janelle at All The Cats has looked after our wee cat Rosie for the last three years. Rosie is a shy girl but is always relaxed and happy when Janelle visits - we couldn't ask for a better pet minder. Its also great that All the Cats donates $1 per visit to rescue cat charity Gutter Kitties”
“Peter Boles set the exceptional standards for this pharmacy before he retired. Would be really good if they did free prescription delivery within Manurewa like they used to. Otherwise the staff of today are just as good as back then thank you for your service.”
“I don't remember ever going to this place but apparently I did”
“Visited July 2025 When I searched online for farm stays in New Zealand, I only found extremely expensive options, and most stays were for about a week, so I was wondering if it would be difficult to find for a short trip. That's when I found this place. I contacted them by email and received a reply from Marie. The website didn't provide much information about the terms and prices, but it required a minimum stay of two days, and the accommodation options for this time were as follows: -- $500.00 Accommodation (2 days) $80.00 Dinners 2 days per person $20.00 Breakfasts 2 days per person $20.00 Lunch 2 days per person -- For a basic family of four, I'd estimate it would cost around $1,000 for two days. Prices will likely fluctuate with inflation, so you'll need to check. Other options include: $100.00 horse riding per person $100.00 Harness driving for family I think this might be helpful if you're interested. It's about 30-40 minutes from Auckland International Airport. Travelers should be aware that it's nearly impossible to access without a rental car. The entrance is a little hard to find, but you can access it from Walters Road on the north side. Look for this "189" sign. Marie rents out an entire section of her house for you to stay in. It can accommodate a maximum of nine families (assuming four or five children). When I visited, there were two dogs and three cats roaming freely inside and outside the house. I'm assuming that anyone reading this is interested in a farm stay and loves animals, but if you have dog or cat allergies, it can be quite difficult, so it's best to keep that in mind. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, and the surrounding area is quiet, surrounded by grasslands as far as the eye can see. They have nearly 20 horses, goats, and sheep, and you can even go horseback riding. The landlord, Marie, is very nosy (I mean that as a compliment) and takes care of you in many ways, so if you can speak to her in English, she'll tell you all about life in New Zealand. I also had the opportunity to learn horse riding from her daughter, Jillian. There were no other guests when I stayed there, so I was able to spend about two hours watching the horses being taken out of the stables, grooming their manes and bodies, putting them in saddles, and wiping them off after riding. It was a valuable experience that you can't get anywhere else. I've traveled all over the world a lot, but I've mostly stayed in hotels and never experienced such a comprehensive farm stay. This was a great experience, and it felt like I had a home in New Zealand lol. So, I'd really like to give it a ⭐️10! but I can't, so I'll give it ⭐️5! That said, there were a few things I think you should keep in mind, so I'll write them down here. ・There is a bathtub in the bathroom! However, since it's the same as the toilet and it's the only toilet in the accommodation area, you can't use it while someone else is taking a bath lol. Also, while it shouldn't be a problem in the summer, in the winter, when you wake up at night to use the toilet, the bathroom floor is tiled and quite cold, and there are no slippers. I think it's a good idea to bring some kind of disposable slippers with you. There is Wi-Fi, but it only gets out at a speed of 3MBp and often cuts out, so basically it's best not to rely on it (I wonder if this will improve in the future? Well, maybe Marie wants us to enjoy nature without the internet lol). There are no trash cans in the rooms. It might be a good idea to bring some kind of bag for that. You'll basically be spending time with dogs, cats, and horses, so you'll get covered in their fur. If it bothers you, it might be easier to keep a small dustpan (sticky carpet cleaner) with you to clean your clothes. Still, I'm still giving it 5 stars, so if you're interested, please contact Marie!”
“Wow! We would love to stay here again. Muriwai was stunning and Jeanette's accomodations were top notch. Everything was clean and the breakfast was incredible. What a gem of a stay. ”
“My dog name is Muffin. Helen is a very good groomer . We always very satisfied with her work.”
“Pharmacist and retailer are very friendly, I’d recommend to choose this pharmacy.”
“I decided to try this little pharmacy - snugly tucked away in a small strip of medical facilities behind the highland park library - a few years ago, intending to only fill a one off prescription. However was so overwhelmed by the speed at which it was filled that I decided to start getting them all from Family Care Pharmacy and I have never looked back! The pharmacists who work there take it on like a mission and its only when i occassionally have to go somewhere else that i realise how much take it for granted now that I can get my medicine in about a quarter of the time at FCP than anywhere else! I have only been treated with the utmost respect by the staff there and find them very personable too. The owner Tina Woo has always been exceptionally kind to me ☺”
“Such lovely caring professional staff. I have been taking my fogs for many years. Highly recommend”

“Exceptional house, great location and friendly hosts. Lovely breakfast too.”
“Maison Blanc Lodge is an experience not to be missed. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. The Chef Ron was so talented and delivered an incredible array of delectable meals for both breakfast and dinner. The location is tranquil and always changing. I saw the fattest woodpigeon I had ever seen, and they literally fly over your head. The view at night is gorgeous. Loved the swim spa. The decor is so interesting, and the bedding was very comfortable. The fire that was lit for us each night and was certainly romantic and added ambience to the whole experience. I can highly recommend staying at Maison Blanc Lodge. Thank you Neilio & Ron. It was just what we needed.”
