   This morning I went shopping at the store. In the bread section, a blue shelf was blocking the way in front of the brioche I wanted to buy. When I tried to push it aside a little to get the bread, a young female employee jumped over and said she was restocking (which she wasn't). Very rude. She should learn about customer service.

   I saw the beef on special on your website and made a special trip here to buy it, only to find that it was already out of stock early in the morning. I kept waiting until 11 a.m., and it was still unavailable. I also saw other customers who had come specifically for the discounted beef, and they all left disappointed. Since you clearly have no intention of selling it, why deceive consumers? This is misleading and dishonest. A business with no integrity — absolutely disgusting.

   Made the mistake of shopping here. Requires a different loyalty card form last time to get advertised discounts. Held up loads of people at checkout trying to sort. These schemes are such a pain adding complexity and cost to all parties in the shopping experinece. Going back to pak n save in future to avoid the 'loyalty' headache.

   Online pick up parking is shocking. Not monitored or reinforced in anyway so people will park there/wait in their cars as a normal carpark. Defeats the purpose of shopping online to ensure a smooth & easy pick up. Online system takes a while to get to pick up station. They don’t watch their “15 minutes away etc.” process as they rarely have it there to be collected right away during your designated time. Store is almost always tidy & clean. Staff are super friendly. Online store is 80-85% accurate with stocks.

   Just tried to buy a bottle of wine at the self check out, had my id ready and everything but the women watching it saw that I needed it checked to I could buy it did a bunch of other jobs that could of waited after she saw the light was red above my till, went and helped another customer and when she walked away from them I tried to stop her for help, she rudely interrupted me walked past again and grabbed bags for this other customer even tho I’d been stood there for about 3 minutes and after she finally helped when I was leaving I got the standard passive aggressive ‘thanks’ that customer service works give customers they don’t like

   Good prices. Love the winter range of blankets, beanies, hot water bottles, etc. Some stock is not as great as it could be, missing a few varieties of apples.

   Since all the new layout went down this place is a fantastic store. It was tired and shabby before with half empty vegetables department and not well stocked. BUT now it's beautiful so much nicer to shop in. Our local for bits and pieces . Very much recommend

   This supermarket has just had a make over completed, with a fresh new look. A pharmacy as been added to the store as well, which can be useful. The bakery area has had a make over, eith a few new offerings added, unfortunately at the same time prices have gone up a bit during the cost of living increases. This store is handy when visiting the Silverdale stores, and has a good selection of most food types. Not the store for our weekly shop, but all our top ups, and items not at our weekly store. Hood for a quick purchase.

   Much nicer since the upgrades. Pro tip? Park underground. Much quieter, plus helps gets your steps up. Plus obviously it's dry!
