“Our family had a fantastic stay at The Sebel Manukau. We loved the accommodation—the suite was very spacious, providing plenty of room for all of us to relax and feel comfortable. ​The good breakfast was the perfect way to start our day, and we especially appreciated how incredibly welcoming the staff were throughout our visit. For travelers, the location is ideal, offering a quick and short driving distance to Auckland Airport (AKL), which made our morning departure absolutely stress-free. Highly recommend!”

“Had an AMAZING time. I never post reviews but I have to say their staff was super friendly, my partner and I loved the kayaks available and the bay nearby was perfect for a swim when the tide was in. The accomodation was very clean, had a great set up with a huge fan on the room to keep cool in the summer. Waiting for another available date to open up and will definitely be booking again!! Also..catching the bus to Countdown and Oneroa (the main beach and town) was really easy, with the bus stop only being a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend :))”

“This is a lovely Hilton, with all the usual facilities. Its ideally located, within easy walking distance of the town, yet in a nice quiet location with fantastic views over the bay. The facilities are good, with gym and lap pool in the summer. There is also onsite parking. The restaurant is nice and has a very good breakfast. The rooms are also nice, clean and up to the usual Hilton standard. It’s a convenient, quiet hotel, with fantastic views, if you get one of the rooms with a balcony. I would certainly recommend staying here.”

“Stayed here for a tennis tournament as the tennis center is very close. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 people. Our room was on the top floor, was spacious with a balcony which had lovely views. Both bedrooms had a tv and one had an ensuite bathroom. Beds were comfy and it was quiet. The kitchen had everything including a full size fridge which was good for 3 people. Parking was free outside business hours and the weekend which worked for us. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly. Noting that the room is not serviced every day especially not weekends, bit when we asked if the rubbish could be removed they did it promptly. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would come again.”

“I had a fantastic stay! The room was super comfortable, with awesome showers, high-quality linens, and a stylish, clean decor throughout. There were plenty of towels, and the heated towel rail was a great touch. The kitchenette was well-equipped and very convenient, and the lovely owners made the experience even better. Highly recommend—and I’d definitely stay here again!”

“We are presently staying at this newer hotel for 5 nights , checking in was smooth and friendly… our room is modern , very clean and has everything we need .. it has a great location , accessible to bus routes.. if I had to suggest something: it would be nice to have an ice machine in the building !”

“This is a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and spotless. The hotel is centrally located will the marina 15minute slow walk, sky tower 5 minutes and queens Road shops also 5 minutes. The staff are very friendly, professional and courteous where nothing is too much trouble to sort. Thank you to all for making this stay very enjoyable and I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Great accomodation in central Auckland. Despite the very central location, rooms are quiet. The hotel has a pool, spa pools and sauna, all indoors to use no matter the weather outside. The room was very clean, nice modern facilities, complete kitchen, even laundry in the room. Great facilities overall. The front desk staff was a hit&miss, check-in experience was average, the staff member could have been friendlier when explaining things. The check out staff very nice. Reception is 24hrs. Loved the layout of the hotel, which was easy to park and unload off the road. Very pleasant stay at Avani, I would stay again.”

“Very good hotel in a good location. The experience upon arrival was very good because the staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and reasonably equipped. Sleeping was great, the beds are very good. A great hotel, especially for business trips. Only the breakfast in the bar could be improved.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Quest Carlaw Park Apartment Hotel! The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and I appreciated how well everything was maintained. Indoor parking was super convenient and easily accessible. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet just a short distance from the CBD, shops, and great restaurants. Perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!”

“Great stay at the Quest. I was able to cook meals and make myself hot drinks with the small kitchen in the room. Great size bathroom that had a bathtub, shower head, washing machine, and dryer in the room. The TV was one of the biggest TVs I've had in a hotel and was able to cast streaming apps from my phone. The mall, restaurants, museums, hospital and other shops are walking distance. I did have to pay for parking but didn't mind the added cost as it was safe, covered, and we were provided a remote to open the garage door. Also the cleaners would sometimes forget my towels in the bathroom or would leave lights on after cleaning but not a major issue. I would definitely come back again.”

“The beach was beautiful and impeccably clean, perfect for relaxing with a mesmerizing sunset view. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.Our room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the sea. The food was also excellent”

“Great stay at Sudima Hotel! The service from Vishal was fantastic, with a friendly attitude, and the location near SkyCity and the harbour couldn't be better. The only minor issue was the lack of water in the room, but that's a small thing, and I would happily stay again.”

“We really enjoyed the stay! The room was very neat and clean when we checked in. We had an expo to go too and it was conveniently located within walking distance. I will also add that it is within walking distance to Newmarket and Mt. Eden!”

“We loved our experience at Le Chalet in Waiheke. Heidi and Steve were fantastic to deal with, our rooms were lovely and modern yet had a homely feel to them. The view was great and the pool area a fantastic place to relax.”

“After an initial rocky start with noisy neighbours, the hotel reception shifted me to a different floor. The old room and the new room were identical. Both of them were great and quite clean maybe 9/10. The bed was comfortable, also clean and medium firmness, which I liked. Shower pressure in both rooms were good. Generally, I think this is a good place to stay if you need to be on Auckland's North Shore. Interactions with reception and housekeeping were always pleasant. There were very, very minor issues like the kettle flap was broken, the dryer ran extremely loudly. I was a little embarrassed to use the dryer at night due to the noise. The towels were thin and could be thicker.”

“Would highly recommend this QT Auckland. Checked in for a weekend stay. Landed in Auckland Friday morning from Australia and I knew I was early but I was greeted by the amazing Matilda at the front desk. She was more than happy to look after my bags (gave great coffee recommendations) while I went and killed some time until my room was ready. The bar area/ foyer area was clean and well presented and the team serving were more than happy to help. The room was lovely. Plenty of space and the bed was so comfy. Loved the feel of it all. The shower had plenty of space and there was even black out curtains to help with the jetlag naps. Night one. I went up to the rooftop and was greeted on entry. Although I had no booking I was promptly sat. Ordered this tasty cocktail and the lamb skewer. (So good went back the second night and ordered both again) Location was great. 13min walk to Skycity or 5min uber. 7min walk along the water to the Vaiduct and Auckland CBD.”

“I really liked this hotel. All the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Always welcoming you with a big smile. The rooms are fully equipped and very comfortable. The bed was fantastic. I had a very good rest. The bathroom is great, too. Overall, I had a fantastic and very quiet stay at the hotel.”

“I stayed at The Grand Millennium for a week. What a beautiful hotel! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms a very clean and comfortable. Restaurant and bar snacks were nice. The upstairs bar has a nice ambiance with the piano man playing, very nice. Very close to the Main Street, City Rail Link, Sky Tower, Convention Centre and Aotea Centre.”

“The hotel was located in the city center. There was an entrance facing the shopping road with an escalator while the main entrance was on a side street with a drop off area. Valet parking service was provided at a charge. But it was convenient especially in the district. Beside the building was a big carpark where visitors could use by themselves. The security level was high since lift service, gym and indoor pool were all accessible with the room card only. The pool was heated and good for exercise. The size of the room was unexpectedly spacious. The balcony had a close view of the Sky Tower which added an advantage to the hotel. But there was a new building under construction and might block part of the scene. Both bathing tub and closed shower area were available in the bathroom. All electric switch positions were convenient for guests. The pantry corner also facilitate boiling water and washing fruits, etc. To better serve the persons staying in such a big room , extra luggage holders could let two or more luggage opened at one time. A clothes stand or a rail to hang the clothes would be perfect. There were many eateries and shops within walk. We would choose this hotel again.”

“5 stars through and through! The location is top tier, right by the casino, loads of great restaurants, and plenty of shopping with walking distance. The rooms are just as impressive: massive, comfy beds and great showers. Service was excellent, food was spot on, and the price was really reasonable too. Would absolutely stay again!”

“Family enjoyed their stay here! Friendly service from reception to kitchen staff. Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy. Pool was a treat for the kids. We had a great stay thanks! “My favourite place to stay when going to Auckland. Great management, nice and clean, very helpful ( when I rocked in with my trailer, the hotel manager Gotham was so accommodating). Plenty of good eateries at walking distance . See you again soon”
