Stayed for a business trip. Was really impressed even though its a hotel apartment. The rooms was huge with many amenities provided. The check in and out was very smooth.
We had the best time here! We loved the kitchen facilities and being able to cook in the room. We had an unusually large balcony which our toddler loved to run around on and point out the birds. Definitely will be returning!
While there's nothing wrong with this hotel, overall, it is just ok. Space is large, particularly in the living room; bedroom is a bit tight, although bed is large. It is equipped, but it is missing some small stuff that makes it a bit "cold" to come in. Stuff is very friendly tho. To me, it is location convenient, and o would repeat, but not sure if highly recommended. 3.5 I would say.
The rooms were clean and tidy. We liked the 2 bathrooms, and there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn't working, but staff were quick to offer to get a person to fix it. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Great stay at the Quest. I was able to cook meals and make myself hot drinks with the small kitchen in the room. Great size bathroom that had a bathtub, shower head, washing machine, and dryer in the room. The TV was one of the biggest TVs I've had in a hotel and was able to cast streaming apps from my phone. The mall, restaurants, museums, hospital and other shops are walking distance. I did have to pay for parking but didn't mind the added cost as it was safe, covered, and we were provided a remote to open the garage door. Also the cleaners would sometimes forget my towels in the bathroom or would leave lights on after cleaning but not a major issue. I would definitely come back again.
A great central location in Auckland not far from the train station. Our 2-bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped.
The location is so good! Smack bang next to Newmarket Westfield and the shops on the street, close to public transport (buses and train) and a heap of delicious food around too. The room itself was nice, nothing spectacular but had a big balcony so that was a bonus. Clean, has stove, mini fridge and microwave. Would book again!
Stayed one night. The space is spacious, warm, and clean. I was able to do laundry that evening, which was a plus. My only complaint is the parking space I was assigned was a bit awkward with a pillar essentially in the spot, which I had to negotiate around. Also, if you’re on the ground floor, you can hear people in the street.
I always stay here when heading to Newmarket for work. I love the large and clean rooms and the location is epic. The staff are always friendly. I have never been disappointed by the rooms or the service. For a place to stay in Newmarket, you cannot beat the quality and location.
Very well equipped rooms, clean and comfortable. Consistent quality, polite and helpful reception. Great location. Some attention to detail in the room would be good (some stuff getting old and need replacement) and the bathroom ventilation is too noisy. Otherwise very good choice, I keep returning there when in Auckland.
